  • Extremely comfortable and close to beach!

"Loved this charming home. Relaxing, quiet street, so close to the beautiful beach. Looks small from the front, but it isn't. Very accomodating with 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, tastefully decorated and updated kitchen. Has heated pool, firepit, barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating. Everything you could need (cookware, utensilts, condiments, laundry) is provided other than food. Lots of toys, beach equipment too. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised and so were all of my guests. The home is even better than the photos and located well . Anita was great, gave us our privacy but available if needed. PERFECT! Thank you."

  • Month of paradiseg

"This was our first time in AMI and we were delightfully surprised when we saw our condo. Only steps to the beach and away from the public beach area. That was perfect for us! The condo was very clean, spacious, and offered everything We could have needed for our stay. We spent a month and didn't want to leave! Marie was most gracious, asked for our feedback and when offered, she immediately replaced some small items I mentioned in need of replacement. The pool was a welcome change from the salt and ocean at the end of the day. Loved going on the rooftop to take the extraordinary sunsets. We thoroughly loved our time and can't wait to return!"

  • Great Beach Getaway Home!

"I recently stayed here for a girls' getaway. What a great place! It's beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The pool is beautiful and the house is decorated tastefully. It's only a few steps to the beach ( a couple minutes) and the beach beach chairs provided sure came in handy. I would definitely stay at La Coconut again!"

  • Gorgeous Pool!

"We stayed here the first week of August 2016. There was 3 couples and 3 kids ages 3,5 and 10. The house is so modern and decorated beautifully with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds like so many other reviewers stated. The pool area is perfect. It has a ledge that is 1/2 foot deep that the younger kids loved to play on and the table in the pool was perfect place to have drinks and watch the Olympics that were on while we were there. Huge basket of beach towels for anyone to use. The walk to the beach was only 2 blocks and there are lots of sand toys, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, bikes, etc. 7 of us could fit around the big table for meals and the 2 little ones loved their special table off by themselves. But we did have a couple of minor issues and one not so minor issue . . . 1. The water heater broke the first day we were there and it took us a couple of days to compare notes and realize that all of us were taking lukewarm showers. The pipes run underground so close to the surface that the water was semi-heated since it was August not ice cold water. Emma tried her absolute best to get service men out there quickly but it was a tank-less water heater and needed both a plumber and electrician to come out. So there was a lot back and forth between the two on the order things needed to be done and we were a lot more involved than we wanted to be on our vacation. It did not get fixed till Thursday (we arrived Saturday prior). We did get compensation but it took a month. 2. The kid's room (with the bunk beds) has a door that leads outside. Of course, all the kids tried to open it and the youngest one ended up sleeping with parents for the week because of the door. I completely missed that detail in the pictures so just be aware. 3. The master bedrooms do not have locks and open directly out into the living room. Our kids loved to open our door when we were getting dressed. 4. One of the master bedrooms has a port hole window looking directly out to the street that does not have any window treatment over it. We ended up just stuffing a blanket in the window to block it. 5. If the waterfall is running in the pool, the pool is not filtering. The waterfall was so pretty and fun to play under but on the Friday of our stay the pool company came by for a check and told us the pool had not been filtering all week. If water overflowing from hot tube, then water is being filtered."
