  • Home away from home!!

"This is our second year renting this adorable home. We love coming here. The home is adorable and its the perfect beach cottage! It has all the comforts of home. No need to pack any extras as it was provided (for the beach too!). The owners are super sweet and a joy to do business with. We wouldn't stay anywhere else."

  • A great place to relax and unwind from the hustle of everyday life

"My wife, son and I just spent a great week at the Marlin staying in #206. We have previously stayed in a smaller condo closer to Cortez in the past and here we were immediately impressed by the privacy and quietness of the street and unit. There was another family that came in a few days after we got there and we really didn't notice them except in passing. This unit was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy the week to include detergent and fabric softener sheets for the washer and dryer that was in the master bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and bakeware. The unit was very clean with fresh bedding and numerous pillows. The tvs were all updated flat screens that had cable. After confirming payment with the owners early on they provided contact information in case we needed anything however the unit and furnishings were all in great condition. The access to the beach was an effortless short walk and we used the pool and hammock almost daily. Although we didn't use the outdoor grilling area I did go over and look it over and the inside of the grill and cooking grates were clean and ready to be used. There was also plenty of parking as our neighbors had guests over and everyone had places to park. I appreciated the ease of dealing with Cheri while renting this and our communications prior to and after the rental. As I've been coming to Anna Maria Island to vacation my entire life I'm almost hesitant to give away how impressed we were with the unit because before long I'll be looking to come back here again and I'm hoping it's available. Thanks again for sharing the unit and we'll be back."

  • Beuatiful Beach Cottage ...quiet location, close to the beach!

"My wife and I staied alreayd many times in Anna Maria and also the city got more crowded over teh last years we still love this place to enjoy and relax as it combines best of both worlds. Island feeling like in hte caribean but if you drive over the bridge and have tons of sightseeing, shopping, movies... We loved the house as it is very well maintained and there is everythign you need. The outside pool area is very nice and it is beautiful to have breakfast there. The matress in the master bedroom is very comfortable and new. In general we really found everything there from bikes to use to drive over to the Rod & reel pier up to cable Tv to wathc a movie in the evening. the owner/manager are very friendly and when we asked if we could stay a bit longer the last day as our flight left in teh evening it wa sno problem at all since the hoem was free for a day or two. So everythign was great I can only recommend the cottage and the owners..We woudl rent it again when we come back in October but unfortunately it is alreayd booke these dates..."

  • Exceeded Our Expectations

"Just returned from our vacation week. So many great things have been said before and I agree with all of them. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything you would ever need including all pots and pans, a bullet for making frozen drinks and a juicer for making fresh orange juice. The top floor is just the master bedroom and suite so is very private. You have access to a double garage for storing anything that might need locked up. Inside the garage are four beach cruiser bikes and a child's 18" bike. She provides everything for the beach such as several beach umbrellas, numerous chairs, boogie boards, skim boards and a huge wagon to pull it all with. The backyard feels like a resort with all of the landscaping and the pool. If you need to stay out of the sun like we do, there is always shade on one side of the property because how tall the trees are. The dock is great if you have any fisherman in your group and you can launch kayaks off the side of the dock with the kayak launcher that moves up and down with the tide. The beach is a close walk toward the gulf side, we rode bikes to the two piers on the bay side and there are many businesses close by on Pine St. The first morning we were there, I went to Jinny and Janes and surprised our kids with the biggest cinnamon rolls I have ever seen (and they were delicious). This was our first time on the island, but you simply can't go wrong staying here."
