  • Couldn't have stayed at a better place!

"I stayed here with my husband and our 4 children. We could not have picked a better place! First, the cottage was super clean and very nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved having the pool right outside our bedroom door. The children really enjoyed swimming at night. The cottage was in the perfect location...steps from the beach and right next to a trolley stop. I cannot begin to tell you how nice it was to have the trolley stop right there when traveling with 4 kids! When my 9 year old daughter is asked what her favorite part of our vacation was, she says "our beach house." Jill, the owner, was fabulous to work with and we will definitely rent from her again. It was a great experience!"

  • Perfect Getaway

"I surprised my husband for our 18th anniversary with a trip to Florida. I chose this cottage because it seemed cozy and quaint. Little did I know that it would greatly exceed my expectations. We loved the decor, location, size, patio, and all the little details that were thought of right down to the colored marbles scattered throughout the crushed shell "gravel" outside. Adele is very friendly & accommodating and made it easy to want to come back. This little gem is just 2 doors down from a general store with a deli and steps away from boutique shopping. We loved the availability of the bikes (which we made extensive use of!) and kayaks (which we'll have to get to next time!). We enjoyed long walks on the beach and spending quality time together while feeling at home. We were impressed with the availability of FREE public transportation around the island, but didn't take advantage. The cottage is smack in the middle of the historic district of Anna Maria Island with the oldest church on the island directly across the street. Overall, we couldn't be more happy with our stay. Twin Palms is the perfect getaway that is close to everything you'll ever need for an island vacation. P.S. be sure to check out the free museum just a couple blocks away to learn the fascinating history of Anna Maria Island."

  • Paradise Found

"We have been coming to AMI for Memorial Day for years. Our usual place is no longer available which, as it turns out, was a bonus for us because we found this little gem! The House is roomy enough for 4 people, kitchen well-equipped, has extremely comfortable beds and is immaculately clean. The grounds arelike a combo rainforest/golf fairway fronting unspoiled dunes with the spectacular AMI beach beyond. The Owner is next door; most congenial and accommodating, although everything was in perfect order and we didn't need a thing! Planning to return ASAP!"

  • Nicely decorated,updated,clean,well equipped, condo

"1st visit to Brandenton Beach. This unit was perfect for us. You can walk right across the street to the beach via a crossing walk that has the button with the flashing light to stop traffic. Beach is great. The pool is very nice with chairs, tables, umbrellas, showers, ect. The unit has everything you would possibly need. Plenty of beach towels, pillows, cooking utensils, Keurig, ect. Nicely updated unit on the 2nd floor with newer furniture. Clean and very spacious. We ate breakfast on the screened Lania overlooking a lagoon. Contains a washer and dryer. Will return again."
