  • Retirement Vacation

"This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island for my husband and I. We could not have chosen a better place to spend 2 weeks to celebrate my husbands retirement. Our condo was perfect. We felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are updated as the pictures show. We cooked out on the gas grill quite often after spending the day on the beach. The condo has quite a few beach chairs and beach towels which was a big plus. It would be nice if they would include an umbrella for the beach too. The pool at the condo was very clean and warm. Grocery stores and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is even a free trolley that takes you from one end of the island to the other. There was a problem we encountered during our stay and I called the property manager and they came right away and fixed the problem. One night on one of our walks we came across a little place called "Skinny's." Nothing fancy. The best cheeseburger and fries! The people on this island are all so friendly and willingly to help and share their stories. I am so glad we found this beautiful island and hope to return soon!"

  • Home away from home!!

"This is our second year renting this adorable home. We love coming here. The home is adorable and its the perfect beach cottage! It has all the comforts of home. No need to pack any extras as it was provided (for the beach too!). The owners are super sweet and a joy to do business with. We wouldn't stay anywhere else."

  • Exceeded Our Expectations

"Just returned from our vacation week. So many great things have been said before and I agree with all of them. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything you would ever need including all pots and pans, a bullet for making frozen drinks and a juicer for making fresh orange juice. The top floor is just the master bedroom and suite so is very private. You have access to a double garage for storing anything that might need locked up. Inside the garage are four beach cruiser bikes and a child's 18" bike. She provides everything for the beach such as several beach umbrellas, numerous chairs, boogie boards, skim boards and a huge wagon to pull it all with. The backyard feels like a resort with all of the landscaping and the pool. If you need to stay out of the sun like we do, there is always shade on one side of the property because how tall the trees are. The dock is great if you have any fisherman in your group and you can launch kayaks off the side of the dock with the kayak launcher that moves up and down with the tide. The beach is a close walk toward the gulf side, we rode bikes to the two piers on the bay side and there are many businesses close by on Pine St. The first morning we were there, I went to Jinny and Janes and surprised our kids with the biggest cinnamon rolls I have ever seen (and they were delicious). This was our first time on the island, but you simply can't go wrong staying here."

  • Fabulous Beach Getaway!

"This lovely cottage is a stunning secluded getaway with all the amenities you could possibly want. Fabulous lush landscaping surrounds your private pool where drinks can be served at sunset. Though centrally located - shops and restaurants are close by - yet this sanctuary is so peaceful and quiet A short walk to a magnificent beach made this vacation unforgettable. We so look forward to our next visit to this magical spot."
