  • Great location, great property

"Overall our group of five had a fantastic stay. Inside and out the property is as described and as per the photographs. Be aware that the property is spread over multiple floors (if stairs aren't your thing) but the view from the top is worth the climb. We found the location to be perfect, a quiet street but yards from a stop for the free trolley that runs the length of the island. Plenty of amenities within a short drive and walking distance to the AMI Beach Café for a cocktail and sunset views. The tropical planting gives the pool plenty of privacy, and the position means you get enough sun but not too much. Most days there were as many as six manatees in the canal right next to the pool, as well as a pair of ospreys in a tree opposite. No complaints, and would definitely return if the opportunity arises!"

  • Perfect Getaway

"I surprised my husband for our 18th anniversary with a trip to Florida. I chose this cottage because it seemed cozy and quaint. Little did I know that it would greatly exceed my expectations. We loved the decor, location, size, patio, and all the little details that were thought of right down to the colored marbles scattered throughout the crushed shell "gravel" outside. Adele is very friendly & accommodating and made it easy to want to come back. This little gem is just 2 doors down from a general store with a deli and steps away from boutique shopping. We loved the availability of the bikes (which we made extensive use of!) and kayaks (which we'll have to get to next time!). We enjoyed long walks on the beach and spending quality time together while feeling at home. We were impressed with the availability of FREE public transportation around the island, but didn't take advantage. The cottage is smack in the middle of the historic district of Anna Maria Island with the oldest church on the island directly across the street. Overall, we couldn't be more happy with our stay. Twin Palms is the perfect getaway that is close to everything you'll ever need for an island vacation. P.S. be sure to check out the free museum just a couple blocks away to learn the fascinating history of Anna Maria Island."

  • Living the dream

"I live in Australia and came to Florida to host a family re-union. Two of my family have service dogs so I wanted a great house that would be a perfect getaway for all the family and would accommodate the dogs. It was perfection! Beautiful views, and a modern and comfortable home with the bedrooms separated enough so that we all had private space. We had beautiful dinners on the back deck watching the dolphins play. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue, and took the free trolley for a tour around the island. It was just the type of holiday I'd been dreaming of, and the perfect way to get everyone together."

  • Perfect Hideaway

"This property is perfectly named...the backyard pool and spa are sheltered by a beautiful tropical garden! You will have your own little oasis! Short walk to the beach. Four girlfriends stayed for a week and we found it clean, comfortable, and all we could hope for. You will not be disappointed! Melanie is very helpful and responds quickly. We have already booked another stay next October!"
