  • Amazing!

"This is our second time staying in 908B! We love the condo. It has everything you could possibly need. It is always very clean and beautifully decorated. Terri is so easy to work with. If you are going to Fort Myers beach this is a great place to stay. You can walk across the street and have several choices in restaurants. There is also a cvs in walking distance of you forget any necessities. Two things I reccommend if you go to this area. First is Charley's Boat House, it is a little pricey but the food is delicious. Second is Armando's day spa. I would ask for Lexi she is awesome! Thank you Terri for letting us stay in your condo for the past two weeks. I am ready to book our vacation for next year. Julie"

  • Easy, Breezy South Fort Myers Beach condo

"This comfortable condo has everything we needed and then some - we particularly appreciated the lanai, the comfortable beds and the large master bathroom. All you need to bring is beach towels! The heated pool in the complex is nice, and everyone is very helpful, including Brenda in the front office. An easy walk (5 minutes) across the street and down a sandy path takes you right to the beach, which must be at its widest here! Sun chairs, umbrellas and cabanas are available for rent. A seafood restaurant, "Pinchers", in one of the adjoining beach hotels has a tiki bar with drinks and food right on the beach. Just south of the condo complex is a CVS and a small, cute shopping plaza (Santini) with a couple of restaurants and a lively market on Tuesday mornings. For a supermarket, go north to hit Publix. For more restaurants and general "beach craziness", go north. If you're here for the beach, stay right where you are and enjoy! We loved it and will be back. Tip: "Fresh Catch Bistro" further up the beach for Happy Hour, starting at 3 pm - great affordable drinks and food with a view. Or Happy Hour at Lani Kai on top of the hotel, starting at 4 pm, if you want more action and a fantabulous outdoor beach view while sitting in the 'moving' booths!! Also really enjoyed "Nervous Nellie" at the top of Fort Myers Beach - outdoor seating on the water, with heaters!"

  • Very clean, affordable, and cozy.

"The kitchen was very well stocked. My son's only complain was it was cold in the house even at 73F setting lol. Thank you for a wondeful stay."
