  • A little bit of paradise

"The condo is well maintained. There are books, dvd's, and ever utensil needed for cooking if you desire (we took advantages of the restaurants: Doc Ford, George and Windy, Island Cow, and Green Flash. The lanai is screened and equipped with variable speed fans, a real nice feature. No need to bring floats, beach chairs, noodles, or umbrellas. How you could improve on the condo amenities is beyond imagination. Now to the view. As a second floor unit, 227, you see the lagoon, surrounded by Palmetto trees, the ocean, and birds. Because of an Atlantic hurricane our stay had a good deal of rain so breakfasting on the lanai, watching the birds, and just rocking in the rockers was most relaxing. As you may have gathered, we had a very enjoyable stay."

  • New Mexico Visitors

"The owners have gone the extra mile as far as furnishings and decor to make this condo one of the best we have ever rented. Ocean view and access to quiet beach front is perfect! Pool was never crowded and the location could not be better."

  • Wonderful!

"My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Carol’s unit in May. The unit was spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Not only was it clean and neat, but the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised. Very important to us were the fabulous views from the unit. Although it is situated behind the beachfront condos, it is about as close to beachfront as you can get without paying beachfront prices. After you walk the beach and collect seashells, you can take a swim in a well-cared for pool, then retreat to a quiet and peaceful condo for an afternoon nap! We loved that it was located conveniently to everything - just minutes away from the general store, restaurants, and retail shops on Periwinkle Way. Our communications with Carol Miller and Royal Shell were nothing short of pleasurable. We highly recommend this condo!"

  • Awesome Condo!

"As first time visitors to Sanibel , we booked this condo because of its central location and the online pictures. Both were fabulous! It looked the same as online with a beachy cottage feel. Updated furniture, great kitchen with everything you would need from a blender to a cheese knife! The showers are walk-ins and very nice size. The master has a rainshower head which was great. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable (which cant be said for many rentals) It was great to have many amenities available for our use- beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella ,coolers, tubes, boogie boards, nets etc. Talked to some on the beach whose units did not have these, so they had to purchase or rent for the week. Across the street from the bike path. The screened lanai was great for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The pool was very clean and never very crowded. Sand Pointe only has about 40 units, so it's on the small side which is nice . The view from the condo is beautiful; you see a lagoon, the pool and then the gulf. Every day, we watched dolphins swim by and even saw a manatee one day! Dinners at George & Wendy's (live music), Cips, Clam Shack, Doc Fords and the Sandbar- all very good. Bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals nearby with convenient drop off and pick up. Cindy was great to deal with and very easy to contact by both phone and email! Awesome all around experience and will definitely rent this condo again!!"
