  • Maggie from Canada

"This condo is ideally situated, being across street from Queens shops, which makes it very handy to everything. It was nicely furnished, with everything you could possibly want. The dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. we're first class, as were the other little nice touches that were left to make us feel at home. We literally had every breakfast, or any meal we ate, out on the lanai, overlooking the golf course. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone, and know, that when we return to Waikoloa, this would be our first choice. Jan was only a text away, and always available! That, in itself is rare!"

  • Quiet and lovely

"Had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed. Close to shopping and beaches, but not so close that you had no privacy. Hope to stay again."

  • Great Stay!

"First time stay using VRBO and very happy with the experience. The condo was as advertised and I am happy to give a 5 star rating on this property. The condo was well furnished and the king bed was very comfortable. Also, very important--we felt he condo was very clean when we arrived. We used the condo provided beach chairs and boogie boards on several occasions. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The grills were conveniently located next to the condo by the pool--we cooked brats and steaks purchased at the Foodland Market about 2 or 3 miles north of the condo. On things to do -- go swimming in A-Bay--you can either walk and go through the Marriott Lobby or park by the Lava Lava Beach club which has good facilities at that end of the bay. Hapuna Beach and Mauna Kea -- Hapuna is a state park and has plenty of parking and good facilities and just north is Mauna Kea which has limited parking but is a beautiful area. Both are great beaches! Overall, if you are looking for a nice condo that is reasonable priced in the Waikoloa area, this property comes recommended."

  • Vista A301/Stylish Waikoloa Condo

"Thank you very much for a memorable week of swimming, snorkeling and relaxation! You have a very special place in A301 and we feel fortunate to have experienced the Kohala Coast from your home-base. Both the interior and lanai of the condo are so nice. It was lovely to be able to see the ocean from almost everywhere. We appreciate the welcome goodies and enjoyed the fruit and plenty of coffee from the Gaggia - that is an awesome machine! We treated your place with the respect and care it deserves - it is pretty fabulous. The art, furnishings and just about everything! You all created a super special place here in HI. It was also so nice to have all the beach supplies to use - that really helped. We will be recommending it to like-minded pals back in the Bay Area, for sure. Thank you again for sharing Brendan and Judith - Aloha!"
