  • Well stocked, well maintained, clean unit

"Very good property. Very clean and neat. Very professionally handled. Small shopping center about a half mile away but prices are higher than even the normal prices in Hawaii. Consider buying your groceries at Kmart or Costco if you are a member, in Kona before you make the 17 mile trip to the unit."

  • Villa 19 review

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved spending a month in Villa 19. Especially loved the lanai furniture which allowed us to spend many hours in comfort. The couch could use a reupholster and the bed in the bedroom off the lanai was a little uncomfortable. Everything else was met all expectations."

  • Paradise on the Big Island!

"My family of 4 (two adults and two adult children) stayed at Villa One and can give it nothing but a superb review. We have been to Hawaii (3 islands) 6 times now and were, by far, were the very most pleased with these accommodations. At first, we were concerned about the location; however, we found it to be super convenient to all parts of the island. This condo has everything one could ask for - super comfortable beds and high-end linens and pillows; large bathrooms and bedrooms; comfortable lanai and living room furniture; a gourmet kitchen with all of the spices, gadgets, and gizmos one could ask for (plus superb appliances); a wet bar including a wine fridge; and I could go on and on. Oh, and did I mention the gigantic lanai? Perfect for a sheltered, peaceful breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The best amenity of all was Bitsy and her husband. They were so kind, fun, and helpful both before we came and during our stay. For sure, we will come back to Villa One when we choose the Big Island. You really get what you pay for with Villa One!"

  • Great experience

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in Feb. and enjoyed every minute! We needed an extra gate key and Chantel, the property manager, got it to us within a few hours. I read some of the other reviews and want to comment on them and base my review on them. The kitchen could use updating especially the refrigerator--to us that was no big deal! All the appliances functioned properly and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The unit was clean. We also appreciated the fact that beach chairs, boogie boards, so many beach towels, etc. were provided. The beds were comfortable. Ceiling fans and fans provided throughout the unit kept us very comfortable. Also so many bath towels were provided was great. We did run out of toilet paper-no big deal. The only suggestion I could make would be a new cutting board. Thanks so much, Janice!"
