  • Beautiful Condo

"It exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean and stocked with some basic essentials. Only negative is the upstairs neighbors need to be told in advance that they should not jump around. We were woken up at 6am every day!! And all night long their kids jumped around. That's why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5."

  • Home away from home, nice central location, close to sand beaches, snorkling, and shopping.

"We arrived to the condo after a late flight from the mainland. I would suggest making a right turn at the main road and making a stop at Walmart (15 min.south of airport) for snacks and refreshments then head north to the condo (about 15 min. north of airport). Using the instructions from the owner, we easily entered the gated community, and then the condo. The beds were comfortable, even the fold-out couch. Air-conditioning was a plus! In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with the view! The lanai is large, almost like two more rooms. Plenty of space for up to 6 people. We were a group of 5, and never felt crowded. We used the pool everyday. Plenty of seating and umbrellas, clean and welcoming. We didn't use the fitness center, but it looked well stocked. In the same building as the fitness center, is the business center, a computer and printer available. We used the boogie boards and snorkeled with our own gear at A-Bay beach. It is about a 10 min. walk, but we drove. There is a free day-use parking area at Kolea Kai Cir. just before the Marriot. We were able to eat most meals at the condo, but did try and enjoyed the food court at the Queen's mall. Right next door to the condo is Tropics Ale house. They had good and affordable pub grub during the daily happy hours. Ascension Catholic church is about 17 minutes north in Puako with 10am Mass on Sunday. The check out time is 11am and we had a late night flight. I would recommend booking an extra night at the condo, or check with Leroy if a late check out is possible. The owner, Leroy was very easy to work with, returning calls right away. Definitely would recommend, and hope to return. Thank you to Leroy and all the guests before us for making the condo a home away from home."

  • Wonderful property

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 11 D is well appointed and in a great location. It is well kept and everything was as expected. Would stay here again. Only complaint is that there is timer to control the A/C, not an occupancy sensor. The timer is limited to 6 hours, meaning that if it's a humid night you will have to get up and re-turn the A/C back on. Luckily most of the time the fans and blinds kept it cool."
