  • Amazing vacation!

"We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! The kitchen had everything we needed and the view was beautiful. A very quiet location that helped us relax, slow down, and truly enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while watching whales go by. There are many good restaurants nearby as well as great beaches for snorkeling, turtle watching, and reading books. The pool area was close by and there was never a problem getting a lounge chair. We will definitely be back!"

  • Fantastic

"The island of Hawaii was great and the condo was beautiful. We loved the golf course that the property was on. And of course the weather is always great."

  • An amazing, luxurious property!

"When entering the Penthouse for the first time we were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and the amenities. The view is amazing. It is one of the best golf course views you will ever see. Panoramic would be the way to describe it. Another thing to mention about the property was how clean it was. It looked clean (which is was) and was spotless, very well maintained. Lots of places to get to easily, as in walking distance. Kings and Queens shops are right around the corner (Kings) and across the street (Queens). A nice plus is the having the sunrise first thing in the morning on the lanai and being able to come back to the Penthouse and enjoy the afternoon with the sun behind the building. Very relaxing."

  • Excellent!

"This was our third stay at the Waikoloa Villas and our first at this unit. We just love the Waikoloa Village area – there is a very nice super market and several nice places to eat close by. You’re maybe 15 minutes from some of the nicest beaches on the Big Island including world famous “A Bay” and Mauna Kea Beach. KOA is 30 minutes away, Kona is about 40 minutes and Hilo is just over an hour. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our condo! This is a ground floor unit with a double Lanai – one opens off the living room and the other opens from the master bedroom, making for a very spacious outdoor area. The unit is nicely furnished and comes with all the amenities of a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped with a wide variety of cooking utensils – we cook in a lot and it had everything we needed. The pool/ outdoor grilling area is a very short walk off the Lanai. The “fun closet” has just about everything you need for outdoor fun – beach chairs, beach umbrella, mats, boogey boards, cooler, and snorkel gear. Leave your beach towels at home. You need to bring swim suits, sandals, t-shirts, shorts, undies (optional), PJs (also optional) – that’s about it! Travel Tip - check out joining Costco – it’s 35 minutes from Waikoloa Village – you’ll come close to paying your membership with gasoline savings alone."
