  • Wonderful condo, great vacation

"As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in A201. Your condo is very well kept and convenient to everything one could possibly need or want (groceries, shopping, beaches are only minutes away). We absolutely give a big thumbs-up to anyone wanting to visit Hawaii to stay at your condo. And yes, we are already looking forward to our next trip!"

  • Home away from home, nice central location, close to sand beaches, snorkling, and shopping.

"We arrived to the condo after a late flight from the mainland. I would suggest making a right turn at the main road and making a stop at Walmart (15 min.south of airport) for snacks and refreshments then head north to the condo (about 15 min. north of airport). Using the instructions from the owner, we easily entered the gated community, and then the condo. The beds were comfortable, even the fold-out couch. Air-conditioning was a plus! In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with the view! The lanai is large, almost like two more rooms. Plenty of space for up to 6 people. We were a group of 5, and never felt crowded. We used the pool everyday. Plenty of seating and umbrellas, clean and welcoming. We didn't use the fitness center, but it looked well stocked. In the same building as the fitness center, is the business center, a computer and printer available. We used the boogie boards and snorkeled with our own gear at A-Bay beach. It is about a 10 min. walk, but we drove. There is a free day-use parking area at Kolea Kai Cir. just before the Marriot. We were able to eat most meals at the condo, but did try and enjoyed the food court at the Queen's mall. Right next door to the condo is Tropics Ale house. They had good and affordable pub grub during the daily happy hours. Ascension Catholic church is about 17 minutes north in Puako with 10am Mass on Sunday. The check out time is 11am and we had a late night flight. I would recommend booking an extra night at the condo, or check with Leroy if a late check out is possible. The owner, Leroy was very easy to work with, returning calls right away. Definitely would recommend, and hope to return. Thank you to Leroy and all the guests before us for making the condo a home away from home."

  • Property is amazing. Great views.

"From sunrise to sunset you can see Maui and Kohala mountain from outside the door. The front door opens up into amazing views. I would recommend getting up early for sunrises and seeing some sunsets over the pacific from this condo. In the mornings around 615am, the golf course is empty and neighbors don't mind if you have a cup of Kona Coffee and enjoy a sunrise on the Big Island. This condo is perfectly situated for adventures on the Big Island. Very close to all of the best beaches in the Hawaiian Islands like makalawena beach, Kua Bay, Mauna Lani Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and Hapuna Beach. Also close to Kona, Waimea, Waikoloa Beach, Hawi, Waipio Valley, and Pololu Valley. If you plan on seeing Kalapana Lava Flow make sure to plan for a long round trip drive. This place is awesome. Hang loose and enjoy your stay here!🌈🏝 I loved this place and was really sad to have to go."
