  • Wonderful Each and Every Visit

"Back again to this very clean, very well equipped condo. The golf bargain was well used and even 2 hurricanes missed us with only a few showers and some wind. After many years of using this condo, we feel like it's our home-away-from-home. We know the farmer's markets to hit, gas at Costco, restaurants up in Waimea and star-gazing at the 'scenic point' on the highway for a super view of the milky way. We love it and we'll be back...again!"

  • Beautiful - Feels Like Home

"We had the pleasure of staying at Trisha and John's place for 12 nights. What a great place to stay - close to the beach and a ton of local amenities. Everything was perfect - from the initial inquiry to the check out process. Trisha was with us every step of the way to answer questions and provide great guidance. We will definitely stay here on our next return to The Big Island. You will enjoy the proximity to shops, restaurants, and local "finds." We HIGHLY recommend this unit. You won't be disappointed."

  • THIS VILLA HAS IT ALL

"We rented this Villa August 8-15, 2016 As so many reviewers have written, this villa has it all. The kitchen is stocked with every conceivable small appliance, gadget, pot, cookware, cup, glass, dish, etc. All the rooms are large with the exception of the second bedroom which is still adequate. Because of it's size, there is no dresser in the second bedroom, but the Blackburns cleverly have installed hanging canvas shelf organizers for clothing and shoes. The only items not supplied were bar soap for the showers and Kleenex. All of the furnishings are upscale and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great which is needed on the Big Island in August. The view from the lanai is gorgeous, overlooking the pool, King’s Lake and King’s Shops. One evening we watched a fireworks display from the lanai. My husband loved the Bar-B-Que area. There are 6 Weber grills and a facet and sink. All needed Bar-B-Que supplies were located in one of the kitchen drawers. The location of this unit could not have been better. Close to the pool, grill and even the elevator. There is an assigned parking spot which is just steps away from the elevator. A tip for great shave ice is the Original Big Island Shave Ice truck which is about 18 minutes north, located next to the Blue Dragon Restaurant in Kawaihae. A large Shave Ice is just $4.00. They also have fabulous ice cream sundaes."

  • Waikoloa Golf Resort Home

"We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful home on the Waikoloa Golf Resort. We enjoy walking and for us it was walking distance to the clubhouse, tennis courts, market and a couple of nice restaurants. However, a car is required to visit the beach and many other attractions found on the Big Island. The home is beautifully appointed and can easily accommodate a large family or two couples. Our stay was for the month of August, which was a little warm & humid (there is no A/C). The sunsets from the patio are gorgeous and the evenings usually cooled down nicely from the trade-winds. We recommend this home and would definitely consider a return trip!"
