  • Great Location

"This home was PERFECT for our group, we each had our own space-3 bedrooms, 3 baths for our 3 couples. It was located close to the Queens & Kings Marketplaces, close to several beautiful beaches and not too far from Kona. We loved happy hour at Lava Lava Beach Club. The only thing that we had trouble with was the controls for the TV & DVD....it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use. Aloha for sharing your home."

  • Relaxing getaway

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and my sister and I (Between 51 and 61 ) travelled to Hawaii with my 3 boys 14, 12, and 7. After 3 days on the Hilo side we came to our Kona condo. It was immaculate, well equipped and peaceful with a lovely quiet lanai facing the sunset. 2 minutes walk to the pool or lava trail along the coast, 7 minutes drive to all shops/ restaurants. The staff were lovely, the pool not busy and the hot tub very nice by tiki torch at night. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. 15 min drive to Hapuna Beach, 30 minutes to Kona town. A quiet friendly safe family place to stay. Early November 2016."

  • Great Place To Stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed the townhouse and would definitely come back. It was updated with newer appliances and had everything we needed. The location was great! The sliding door on the main floor was off a little and you had to lift it to shut it. Also, we would have like to have had a map in the house of the Villas (where management office, pools, etc were) and of the whole Waikoloa Resort). Also we were not aware we needed a parking pass until we received a warning notice from property management. Also we were not aware we needed a parking pass until we received a warning notice from property management; however, Kohala Coast Properties were very good in getting back to me about it."

  • A home away from home

"We had a great time at the Fairway Villa! This condo was very spacious in a great location. The amenities really made this feel like a home away from home. I almost booked a hotel but very glad we went through VRBO. Waikoloa was a nice resort, good access to the "A" beach and close to shops and restaurants. Hapuna Beach is a must! Thank you for sharing your place with us, Heather and Lothar! The Gees"
