  • Totally Classic!

"My wife and I have been staying in A301 for over ten years. Our time spent here went from one week to a month last time. Need I say more? Really! Got the idea yet? It would be like trying to describe a restored 1967 Mustang convertible. The owners have always been gracious and available. It is like going home to your Hawaiian Comfort Zone. The availability of the espresso machine weans me from my tea addiction every time. Central air conditioning is a blessing if you have ever stayed where there is none."

  • Fabulous condo within a quiet community

"This property was perfect for our three generation family vacation. The condo is beautifully furnished and well equiped for relaxing meals in to complete beach items for the nearby waterfront. All of our communications with the owners received prompt replies and details. A property manager is on site to assist with immediate concerns."

  • Great unit!!

"My wife and I stayed at this unit in February of this year. It couldn't have been more enjoyable. The process for getting access to the unit was seamless when we arrived. Very spacious, clean and well kept. The unit is close to the pool and hot tub which is really handy for an evening dip in the hot tub. We were really impressed with how well stocked everything was. Beach chairs and mats, a cooler, boogie boards and more. Thanks to Adriana and the owners. We'll definitely be back!"

  • Quiet Paradise Retreat at Waikoloa Beach Resort

"We love to stay in South Kohala because of the beautiful weather and interesting landscapes. We stayed at this condo for two weeks in November 2016 and highly recommend it to others. The location is very central to everything in Waikoloa and a close walk to the beautiful beaches. A short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Island for snorkeling, boogie boarding, and swimming. The condo is bright and airy with morning views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. There are two choices for dining outside and an outdoor sink. The bedrooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The unit has air conditioning and wi-fi. There is a beautiful pool and two hot tubs nearby which we enjoyed fully. The owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions and shared his boogie boards, children's sand toys, a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. He offered a list of suggestions for places to shop, dine, and recreate. The grounds are beautiful, the complex is quiet and peaceful, and the location is excellent."
