  • We didnlt feel like leaving.

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. Location is one of the best at Waikoloa Resort: walking distance to the mall and to Marriott Hotel with the great beach for snorkeling. Short drive (5-10 minutes ) to Hapuna - the best beach on Big Island and 20-30 minutes to Costco and Safeway for the grocery shopping. The condo is very clean and convenient on the ground level. We felt like being home by cooking our own meals and making every day fresh smoothies from super juicy Hawaiian fruits as condo has everything you need in the kitchen. It was so great to come home from the beach eat our own lunch have a nap and then drive to the beach for watching sunsets while enjoy evening swimming. If we visit the Big Island again we will be glad staying at this condo again. Alex"

  • Fantastic Condo and fantastic management contact

"First my rental contact P (I cant say her name on here) was amazing. I am probably more difficult than most when it comes to making a decision on a vacation unit for my family 6000 miles from home. So, I had a lot of pre decision questions. P promptly responded to every one and was super patient with my process. Kudos to her big time!!!!! Now on to the condo itself. When I saw the pictures the interior décor really stood out to me. It was different and definitely my taste. It has fantastic Grass Cloth wall paper which I have had in my own homes on several occasions and yes its coming back big time, and very nice looking professional appearing décor and pieces. Most units have drab painted walls with a neutral colour designed to not impede anyone's sense of taste but those are boring. As I clicked the pictures from room to room I liked the décor across the condo more and more. I looked at the Specs and found the condo large and the extra half bath for the living area is a great addition. The kitchen is spacious and full of cabinet space, containing more than adequate plates, glasses, utensils, all sorts of cooking appliances, pots and pans, containers and even an electric griddle. Don't forget the blender for those all important Pina Coladas... Top floor unit with tall trey ceilings, very large Lani wrapping around to the master bedroom and great views, inside and out. I especially like the view as a panorama. Watching the sun rise over the mountains to the left, watching the spray of sun as it lights everything in its path, catching the changing light and view as the day progressed and setting sun to the left. Each bedroom has an on suite which is fantastic, parking is immediately in front of the building and the elevator is a must at the end of a long day if your not 29 any more HAHAHAHA. I make this next note very positively. We had a couple very minor issues and they were promptly taken care of with ease and convenience. This is something l wish more reviewers would comment on. As a reader, this gives me confidence that the management company is there for the guest not just for $$$. This one was great. The pool was very nice and always had plenty of vacant chairs and very nice bathroom accommodations. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and completely enjoyable every day. What a great place and again a fantastic agent. Updates and materials may change with time of course. We absolutely loved it 1000% and hope nothing changes. M"

  • AWESOME Place!!!!

"Oh my goodness!!!!! We just returned last night from the Big Island and stayed in this unit! It's fabulous and so very comfortable...we could have stayed there forever!! It's beautifully furnished and very well stocked. Honestly, all you need is your personal things, everything else is there that you can imagine you'd need. The kitchen is beautiful and so well stocked...if you want to cook or bake, I can't think of anything you would need...it has it all! The appliances are nice, everything is updated and modern. The master BR bed is very comfy and the bathroom is great, especially the nice big shower! Having a grill on the lanai is SO convenient! We spent morning and evenings sitting out there and enjoying the sounds of the birds or watching the little lizards (there were several!!) scoot around! It was very quiet there, we didn't hear any noise from surrounding units and all guests staying there seemed to be quiet and respectful of everyone else. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach which we loved and the pool is even closer. We didn't use the pool, but did walk over and check it out...very nice. Parking was easy and convenient. We loved that we could walk to the Kings or Queens shops or just get out for a nice walk without needing the car to pick up a few things! This unit is a GREAT place...wonderful location, clean, nicely decorated and well managed...we highly recommend it!! We will most certainly return here as often as we can...this will be our "go-to" place when visiting the Big Island!!!"

  • Excellent!

"This was our third stay at the Waikoloa Villas and our first at this unit. We just love the Waikoloa Village area – there is a very nice super market and several nice places to eat close by. You’re maybe 15 minutes from some of the nicest beaches on the Big Island including world famous “A Bay” and Mauna Kea Beach. KOA is 30 minutes away, Kona is about 40 minutes and Hilo is just over an hour. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our condo! This is a ground floor unit with a double Lanai – one opens off the living room and the other opens from the master bedroom, making for a very spacious outdoor area. The unit is nicely furnished and comes with all the amenities of a home away from home. The kitchen is well equipped with a wide variety of cooking utensils – we cook in a lot and it had everything we needed. The pool/ outdoor grilling area is a very short walk off the Lanai. The “fun closet” has just about everything you need for outdoor fun – beach chairs, beach umbrella, mats, boogey boards, cooler, and snorkel gear. Leave your beach towels at home. You need to bring swim suits, sandals, t-shirts, shorts, undies (optional), PJs (also optional) – that’s about it! Travel Tip - check out joining Costco – it’s 35 minutes from Waikoloa Village – you’ll come close to paying your membership with gasoline savings alone."
