  • Great Condo good for family, good place to be for lavaman

"We enjoyed the amenities around and in the condo. BBQ by pool was nice, staff was most friendly and kept grounds neat and pools in perfect condition. Good base camp for lava man 2017."

  • Great view of the sunset!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A bit difficult to locate but nicely designed condo with everything you could need. Comfy beds. Close to beach. Right by the road so a little noisy but not disruptive. There were only two of us but this condo could clearly accommodate more. Waikoloa area is really nice."

  • Convenient but noisy

"We stayed here for nine nights and loved the Big Island. My family of three used the boogie boards and beach chairs every day. The location was very convenient; we walked the path to A-Bay Beach several times. The view from the balcony was wonderful - we enjoyed seeing the Southern Cross and the volcanoes and the ocean. The best part was the saltwater pool and hot tubs, which we used every day. The worst part was the loud air conditioner; when we turned it off and used the fans and open windows, the traffic noise was too loud. Also, the kitchen cookware was aluminium / teflon and the lighting over the stove was poor; it was hard to cook fish after sunset. There was only one guidebook - a statewide travel book, which was disappointing. The beach towels were great and the beds were comfortable. There was no filtered water. The second bedroom could use a digital clock for telling time at night. So some issues but a lovely view and definitely nice to be on the top floor; never heard other guests."
