  • Great ski-in/ski-out access

"Spacious floor plan. Adequate space in garage for two large vehicles and gear. Great location to mountain and village. Furnishings are dated but very clean and in descent shape. Would definitely stay here again!"

  • Great stay

"Great place, great view, great price. Comfy accommodations. Lots of speed bumps, but that has nothing to do with Peggy"

  • Fantastic Stay at an Amazing Property

"We stayed at the Point at Sandpoint property for 3 days in January and the stay was nothing short of amazing. The house itself far exceeded expectations. The house is beautiful and so well stocked with everything you can imagine (kitchen items, cleaning supplies, towels, games, etc). The beds are comfortable and the hot tub is a very nice perk. The property being on the lake is gorgeous. The lake was partially frozen but it was stunning. The drive to Schweitzer Mountain Resort was quick (about 25 minutes) and the drive to Sandpoint was less than 10 minutes. I can't say enough, how great the stay was. 16 family/friends were comfortable and everyone enjoyed it. Theresa from the management company was very nice, responsive and helpful. We will absolutely be back."

  • Perfect place if you want to enjoy time at Schweitzer Mountain -

"Property sits down the hill from the main center of Schweitzer but is managed by Schweitzer Mountain. Great access to Selkirk Lodge pool. A short drive up the hill or hike takes you to the main center of Schweitzer Mountain where you can ski in the winter or ride horses, bike, hike or enjoy the mountain area during summer. The three bedroom condo is spacious and has everything you need. We had our two young kids and my parents, and so this condo worked beautifully, rather than a more classic hotel set-up. Bedrooms are upstairs, so you can enjoy time downstairs without disturbing your other guests. Kitchen is great for cooking. Washer and dryer, downstairs 1/2 bathroom round and a two car garage round out a well thought out condo space. Things to be aware of: you enter up a flight of stairs, and then the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs, so be prepared to walk steps - but you are on a mountain, so you probably are. Dishwasher is very loud for 60 minutes, so wash dishes while sleeping upstairs. Driveway to the condo units is a bit rough. You can't beat this place, and the price is fantastic for everything it has to offer."
