  • Very nice property; Even nicer host

"My wife and I stayed last week for 2 nights for a little beach getaway. The place did not disappoint. Emmanuel is a gracious host and a great down to earth person, who truly cared that we enjoyed ourselves. We did not get to meet Amal, who was away, but presume that she is just as warm and caring as Emmanuel. She baked us delicious cookies. A complimentary bottle of local wine was provided as well. Upon arrival, he gave me a brief tour of the area and showed me exactly where to park at the beach, which is steps away, so you can easily walk there as well. The beach is quiet and secluded. The property is beautiful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the wineries and Greenport with its nice downtown area on the water where there are several good restaurants. The Old Mill Inn provided a close option for a delicious dinner. We would return in a heartbeat!"

  • A Perfect Place

"This was a lovely week. The quiet ocean get away that I was looking for. I was alone and loved it. The bay and beach are beautiful. The house is so tasteful and comfortable. I loved the deck and eating outside. It is in a beautiful area with fun places to explore and great resturants in the area. Joe and Jamie were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. I look forward to going back."

  • Amazing Bachelorette Weekend

"I'm the Maid of Honor and planned a 13 person Bachelorette weekend in the North Fork. We stayed in this beautifully appointed house, and it was just absolutely lovely. The kitchen and living area on the 2nd floor are a gourmet chef's dream. We stocked the house with plenty of food and cooked all weekend long. Our host, Lisa and Dan, were very responsive and accommodating. They ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time despite Hurricane Jaquine and while you would think the house would be too small for a party of 13, it was not and all the girls were comfortable. I'm now thinking of doing a family reunion get together here next summer with my own family. I would highly recommend this vacation rental without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you Lisa and Dan!!!"

  • Cozy and fun even in bad weather!

"We have rented this house many times and always had pristine weather. This past weekend on our annual Mother's Day Weekend in Southold the weather was raining and cold. We are so used to enjoying the yard, hot tub, dock, kayaks, beach, outdoor fire pit, sunsets...once the forecast was for rain...I wondered what we might do. We ended up enjoying so many laughs by the fireplace, the afternoon at a local vineyard and brewery, shopping nearby and played a few funny games. We had pizza delivered one night and catered in a nice dinner on Saturday and cooked a huge breakfast on Sunday morning. The kitchen is amazing!!! We always love this special home and plan to return. There were ten of us from three generations and we all had fun. If you plan a stay at this amazing place you wont be disappointed. The house is spotless every time we have ever arrived, the hot tub is serviced and cleaned while we were there. Everything was great! Mike is also very accommodating and kind. We will be back!"
