  • We LOVED It!

"We loved staying at this property for the shear fact that it was so close to downtown! The scenery from the back deck was breath taking and it gave us the time to just stop and admire the beauty of the mountains and leaves changing. The cottage was clean and all the amenities one might desire were there. Although there were two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, we never even had to go up there, as the master is on the bottom floor. What a nice weekend we had!"

  • Perfect cottage surrounded by hills but close to town!

"If you want the best of both worlds in Highlands, this little cottage is perfect -- quiet and away from it all, but also close to the fun and activity of Highlands. With one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, the home feels spacious and at the same time cozy. The back porch is nestled amid towering rhododendrum, and a beautiful creek weaves across the back yard. For our week's stay, I don't think we heard a car go by a single time. I loved the experience of just getting there -- putting my car in low gear and climbing up the winding Stoney Creek Road to the front door. This is a "don't miss" home away from home if you want a full Highlands experience."
