  • Perfect cottage surrounded by hills but close to town!

"If you want the best of both worlds in Highlands, this little cottage is perfect -- quiet and away from it all, but also close to the fun and activity of Highlands. With one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, the home feels spacious and at the same time cozy. The back porch is nestled amid towering rhododendrum, and a beautiful creek weaves across the back yard. For our week's stay, I don't think we heard a car go by a single time. I loved the experience of just getting there -- putting my car in low gear and climbing up the winding Stoney Creek Road to the front door. This is a "don't miss" home away from home if you want a full Highlands experience."

  • Nice secluded cabin yet close to Highland if you need to get to town.

"nice cabin, a few little quirks with and could have been a little cleaner but all in all nice place to stay. Secluded and yet still close to Highland. I would defiantly stay there again. Hanging out on the deck with Fireplace was the best..."
