  • Well equipped and located VRBO, excellently and considerately managed.

"We stayed for a week (with our two university student kids) in this tastefully furnished apartment with every appliance and convenience. It is very well laid out and spacious. There was no highway noise (the apartment is air conditioned and so the windows were kept shut at night). The location provides easy access to this very walkable city, with close municipal bike rental stations (Biketown), groceries (Fred Meyer, Whole foods); while very quick access to major highways. Powell books, Saturday Market, entertainment, multiple brew pubs are within easy walking distance. Ashish is extremely attentive and trustworthy. In fact he actually accepted delivery for goods we had ordered online and then brought them to the apartment for us. Because of him and his VRBO, we will be looking for an excuse to return to Portland to stay here again."

  • A lovely, comfortable apartment

"This is a lovely, comfortable apartment, in a quiet, convenient part of the Pearl District. The street car stop is right across the street, and there are lots of fun restaurants 2 blocks in any direction. The apartment is well stocked, and the kitchen is great. Ellen was wonderful to work with, and there is a key box that makes move in and out worry free."

  • A happy experience

"I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I especially liked the view over the river from the front room & from the terrace. I spent a good deal of time on the terrace, enjoying meals & watching the boats on the river. (Friends who came to visit enjoyed the view, too!) Another attractive feature of the condo is that it is very conveniently located for those who like walking or jogging on the path along the waterfront (just steps away), & anyone who is reasonably fit can easily walk to downtown Portland. I found the apartment generally comfortable & conveniently outfitted, furnishing everything that one could reasonably expect - & more. The kitchen was well-appointed (which was important to me, as I had guests over for some meals), & there were ample supplies of all sorts - cleaning supplies, bathroom items, dishes, a variety of spices, even scotch tape. The bed was comfortable, too. Lisa, the owner, was wonderfully kind & patient & helpful at every stage. I am not young & this greatly contributed to my enjoying my stay."

  • Fantastic!

"We visited Portland for our honeymoon and stayed at Sunita's condo for 8 nights. It was so nice to come back to a fully furnished home rather than a hotel room after a busy day of sightseeing. Sunita is a wonderful hostess who is genuinely nice and cares about her guests. The condo is lovely and very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. We made breakfast and dinner there a few times and even did a load of laundry. The balcony is perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We walked everywhere from Sunita's condo (we stayed primarily on the west side of the Willamette River), it is very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Portland!"
