  • Roomy house in good location.

"Nice location for visiting National Parks and/or St George. No cable and limited access to over-the-air networks."

  • Wonderful home and location!

"Grant's Gulch was so much more than advertised. We felt right at home the first time we walked through the door. Centrally located to not only Zion Park, but also the Kolob Canyon and Kolob Terrace Road. A number of state parks around St.George aren't far away. Suggest you head to LeVerkin for groceries at Davis's, shop on Tuesday and get a nice discount on gas. Noodles and Pizza served very good pizza, the Bit N Spur was great. Be sure to get their homemade peanut butter pie, delicious! Harry and John were very responsive to the couple of questions we had. I would definitely recommend Grant's Gulch to anyone looking to vacation in the area and we hope that we will be able to return. This was, without any doubt, the best homeaway experience we've had."

  • Wonderful vacation home

"We took a father's day weekend trip with two families here. Plenty of room for everyone and then some. The home was fully stocked, with plenty of kitchen supplies. Comfy furnishings and lots of games for the kids to play. The location of this house is great - just about two miles to the east entrance of Zion (which is way less crowded). We thought about staying in the park, but after visiting decided that we would NEVER stay in the park - way too crowded. The community of Zion Ridge, where the home is located, is very private and quiet, which is just what we needed after super crowded days at the park. We took walks every evening through the community and probably saw 10 people our whole trip. My only complaints: 1) No shade. It gets pretty warm in the house, even with the A/C on because there are no window coverings (don't worry about privacy - no one can see in here) and the sun beats down in the afternoon. We went in June, so it was quite hot. There is also zero shade on the patio. Would have been nice to have at least an umbrella or something so we could enjoy the patio, but we ended up staying inside because the sun was just too hot. 2) The jacuzzi had WAY too much chlorine...we couldn't even sit in it without our eyes burning for more than 5 minutes. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

  • Awesome home rental in Springdale, UT

"We were so lucky that this rental had an opening that exactly matched our week of adventuring Zion NP the end of Sept. We were five adult males, old friends now coming from all over the country to do some technical climbing and canyoneering in Zion. We each had our own private bedroom, plus one to spare. :) We cooked all our breakfasts and most dinners at home, including a bbq on the patio. The large Sol Foods market is just a minute up the street, plus two good restaurants on the same corner, and the shuttle bus stop is a block away. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need, and the large home is beautifully furnished. The canyon wall views are amazing, especially at dawn and sunset. Owner Barbara lives close-by and she was most hospitable and helpful. Hope to return some day, as Zion has so much to offer and this house is the perfect home."
