  • Lovely location with a nice yard and lots of living space for a large family gathering.

"We enjoyed our stay at the lake view property. We had all our kids and grandkids in one home with plenty of elbow room. The house layout is spacious so we didn't feel cramped at all. Many evening we were playing yard games until it got dark. It felt very private and secluded as well. There were only two problems: 1) the towels were all in the dirty laundry, so we spent the first evening washing towels ( the bedding hadn't been washed either and one bed was unmade) 2) the air conditioning went out on the last night and the weather was in the high 90s so it was pretty uncomfortable that last night. We enjoyed the deer that came right up to the house to graze and our sons saw deer and coyote on their early morning runs. The local winery's were a hit with the family. If the housekeeping was improved we would recommend this house to any large family as we were pretty close to the state park where we swam and launched our boat."

  • Perfection

"This place was utterly perfect for our group of three childhood friends and our families -- our children range from 6 years to 3 months old. The house is wonderfully appointed - both in decor and household amenities - which made for a seamless vacation we will always remember. It felt like home... But a more stylish version of home! We particularly enjoyed the comfy king beds, hot tub, gorgeous kitchen (2 dishwashers!), separate lounge area for the kids, and the stunning lake view. We loved the big grassy area right across the street for soccer and catch, and the pool was less than a 3 minute walk away. It was our first time to Wapato Point, which has fun for everyone - sandy beaches, putt putt golf, watersport rentals... One afternoon a few of us took advantage of nap time and visited a couple wineries. Our group usually goes somewhere new every year, but we loved this place so much it was unanimous that we'll try to book it again next year. Highly recommend!"
