  • Great view/plenty of room

"This condo has a wonderful lay out and is perfect for a family. Plenty of room for everyone. The view is amazing anytime of day. It is an end unit so you don't have to worry about anyone on the other side of you. The location is good within minutes of driving to everything. You could walk but the road going to and from the condo is pretty steep, easy to go down but not fun walking up especially in the heat. I would recommend it to anyone. The owner was great to work with, very friendly in all correspondence. I'd give this a 4 1/2 star if I could because the only things wrong with it were very minor."

  • Cozy Chelan Oasis

"I've visited this cabin multiple times and it's always a wonderful, relaxing and spectacular escape. The home is warm and inviting, appointed with charming curios and antiques, mingled with beautiful artwork created by the owners. And the views... The house is situated across the street from the lake edge, but up above the street level just enough and with a low hedge out front to shield the street but not the view of the lake! The views looking North directly across the lake as well as West/Northwest up the lake are unbelievably spectacular, especially at sunrise or sunset when the light and colors on the North Cascades and the red hillsides across the lake are especially vivid. Some of the paintings inside the home are spectacular views of these scenes painted by the owner that really capture the unique colors and atmosphere. It's common to see the Lady of the Lake ferry heading up and back to Stehekin at the top of the lake daily, or the bright orange Stehekin seaplane taking off and landing in the waters in front of the home, or town visitors enjoying a parasail ride. There are lake views from the living room, the kitchen, breakfast nook and especially on the rooftop deck above the garage (outside the kitchen door). The deck is appointed with plenty of tables, chairs, hammock...whatever you require to properly relax in the warm Chelan sun with the lake spread out before you. And there are a variety of distinct outdoor spaces to take advantage of whatever your mood might be – a charming side yard that offers some shade on warmer days or a location for lawn games, a firepit to enjoy the outdoors after the sun goes down, an enclosed back patio area with barbeque and deck furniture, a dartboard mounted on the side of the house, stairs leading up to shady sitting areas behind the house and an elevated flat plateau above the house perfect for early morning yoga or meditation. The home is just steps away from the lake. Kayaks or inflatables can be launched from in front of the house (the house doesn't have a dock but it does have stairs and a platform that lead down into the water), or you can walk the short walk to Lakeside Park and launch from there. All in all, this home is a wonderful place to relax and experience all the beauty of Chelan. Definitely worth it!"

  • An amazing house on bluff overing the lake

"Beautiful big house right on the water. Plenty of space for a large family. Built in the last couple of years so the house is in great shape. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend. Relatively close to town."

  • Beautiful

"We stayed in February and were very pleased. The pictures of this property are spot on. We had no issues with the codes, and everything worked fine. It took us a few minutes to locate the pool, but we still loved it! Since we were here in February, there was snow and ice all over. The only suggestion I would have is to clear the driveway entrance. I did not have a problem myself but someone with a small car had to be pushed out of the snow (it had built up and they got high centered). Personally I would have never driven the small car through that, but with my SUV, I did not have an issue. Over all, though, beautiful, excellent place!"
