  • A cozy riverhouse, Forks, WA

"Spending the holiday week with our son and daughter-in-law and all being nature lovers, we chose A Cozy River House for its proximity to the Hoh River and the beaches. The accommodations were perfect. We love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with excellent cutlery and roasting pans. It has a homey feel with the long table and benches. All 6 of us could sit and eat together and continue in conversation well beyond dessert. The weather was not cooperative to enjoy the deck but the river view is beautiful and I'm sure the sound soothing on a summer night. We enjoy wood fires nightly on winter nights so we were very much at home. The layout of the home makes it easy for six. The two generous garage stalls make it convenient for two separately arriving parties. WiFi was great for our tweeting 30 somethings. TV great, even the sound system we enjoyed Pandora while in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place for hiking seniors. I can only imagine how great it must be for fishing seniors!!"

  • Great location

"The Sea She'll is a cool retro mobile home. It's been well kept and is very cozy. The new windows are a plus when the wind is howling. We spent a day at Cape Flattery. It's a short hike and has a fabulous view. Had a great day waking up to a mother seal and her two pups, a bald eagle flying by several times, two whales in the distance and a great moon rise. Look for the knives next to the silver ware and the pots and pans are in the closet."

  • Cozy with a great beach

"We loved our stay at this quaint place. The wood burning stove kept us cozy. The beach was amazing and we had it all to ourselves (except for the sea lions, bald eagles, and other birds). It was very clean, had great games, a decently stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. It's nice that it had two bathrooms, despite not having any bedrooms. The sleeping loft easily held our family of four. Due to the layout we had very quiet evenings after putting the kids to bed (there is no way to shield the sleeping loft from light or sound). We loved the water view and the easy access to the beach. What a great place to explore this stretch of wild coastline."

  • Wonderful place.

"You feel as if you are in the deep woods but you are only yards away from the highway. Beautiful view of the Sol Tuc River from the living and master bedroom."
