  • The house sets on a cliff with a wonderful view and nice backyard fireplace.

"I liked the location of the home and the view . The fire pit was a plus for us. Bring your own wood. The photos were a bit deceiving I thought that there were stairs from the residence to the beach, those stairs shown are not on the premises. It is a quick trip by car to the beach and also nice to be so close to a convenient store. The house was nice . I found the king beds to be very comfortable quality mattress. The bunk beds are really meant for a child. The crosses on the walls were a lovely touch. The showers were awesome! Now I did not find the place spotless . First thing I noticed was the dirty oven downstairs and crumbs upstairs. They should have throw rugs inside the doors . I felt like they could have used a few more blankets to make up the beds. With nice blankets only $12.00 at Costco a few would have been nice. I think they could for a little money give it a bit more character. Nice home, nice location just missing the warmth."

  • Quilcene Bay Hideaway Hits the Mark with the whole family

"This property is simply amazing, inside and outside. Thoughtfully, tastefully decorated. Comfortable, personal touches throughout. Amazing fun for kids all over the place-- foosball, ping pong, swing from the trees on the beach, floating dock with a slide, the climbing net took it completely over the top, to ELEVEN. :) The area itself is very quiet and beautiful. We have never been there and felt like we were in the Gulf Islands 90 minutes from Seattle. Simply magical. Oh and a hot tub. And movies. Really outstanding, and we are very picky as rental owners ourselves. I rarely get new ideas from another cabin and this one inspired me. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!"

  • Wish it was MY house!!!!

"So quiet. So clean. Perfect visions from the living spaces of Cascade mountains, Dungeness lighthouse, wild preserve, otters, birds, shipping traffic, sunrises and sunsets! The perfect spot to stay with my loved ones. We will be back next year! Thank you Martha!"

  • Cozy and comfortable

"We had a great time at the cottage this last week and weekend. I would have given it a full 5 stars but felt we were mislead a bit with the fact that there are not quite 3 bedrooms. We had expected the bunk beds and extra beds to be in their own room with a door and not just in an open loft area. Other then that we had a great time and our dogs had a blast running all the way around the property. It is great to have the fenced area. The Kitchen had a nice amount of utensils and cooking materials to work with. Also lots of towels and bedding for all. We will return again! Pam M."
