Recent Bainbridge Island reviews

  • The property is spacious, modern and ideal for a visit to Bainbridge.

"We were able to walk to the restaurants by the waterfront and enjoy the restaurants, even with a late check-in. Walking distance to the ferry and to the main street in Bainbridge with many shops and art galleries. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We were able to use their kayaks and launch right at their backyard. Very private and much larger than it appears in the pictures. We were welcomed with the most amazing fudge, what a nice surprise! We will definitely encourage others to stay here."

  • Great view!

"Great, well-equipped house - nicely furnished and outfitted for our family of four. The large lawn and beach access worked great for our kids, and we even saw otters!"

  • Fenton Cottage - Emerald City Views

"If you are looking for a restful getaway - it doesn't get better than Fenton Cottage. It has plenty of character and the view of the Seattle skyline is spectacular daytime or night! Great views of cruise ships coming in - incredible sight to see these floating cities come in at night! It's proximity to the Ferry, Downtown Bainbridge, Paulsbo, Port Townsend and Olympic National Park make it an ideal place to stay. Kim has done a marvelous job of making sure you have everything you need. We normally made it back each night in time to make a family dinner - and had breakfast there too! We felt like we were visiting family - it felt like home. Warning for those who want to watch TV - the screen is the size of a desktop PC! Didn't bother me as I didn't go there to watch TV - sitting out on the backyard is much more memorable. Thank you Kim - we absolutely enjoyed our time there!!"

  • Perfect Quiet Getaway

"My wife and I spent a week at the Little Farmhouse. Sure, the pictures look great. Obviously some care went into the design and decor. Wait until you visit and then step into the cottage - it is amazing. Caroline has made incredibly thoughtful choices that are not only beautiful, but give the visitors every practical thing that could be desired. There was fresh ground coffee waiting for us! A bed and towels for the pooch! We felt absolutely catered to the entire time. The location of the cottage on the island is great. It's quiet, but easy to get anywhere. That particular area is very walkable with trails nearby. When not out exploring the island, we were more than happy to sit on the porch while the dog rolled around in the grass. I can't recommend the Little Farmhouse enough. If you are visiting Bainbridge Island, that is the place to stay."
