  • Extremely cozy and cute

"We loved the cabin. It was so cute. I wish I could post a picture of the inside! It was easy to find, the sheets smelled amazing, the cabin was very modern and up to date. The town is a short 5 minutes away, but yet you feel out in the open of WY while at the cabin. So quiet at night. Unfortunately we did not make to it to morning coffee between 7 and 8am which is too early for us if we are not forced to get up and be ready for work. Love the dog, he laid on the porch with us while we sat and read. Only concern is the walls to the bathroom are thin so if your neighbors are not considerate you may have noise. Could here the water on the base of the shower through the walls (not talking about hearing water running in pipes which was also present). There is a fan in room to drowned out noise if needed, but the fan is very loud even on lowest setting. The area is very peaceful otherwise. Definitely recommend!"

  • Absolutely wonderful

"This was a great place to stay. While it takes a little while to get there from Cody, it is well worth it. The views are spectacular, the house is very comfortable and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. I wish we had spent a few more days here, there's so much to see without even leaving the property. We used it as our home base for traveling to Yellowstone, so there wasn't much time left at the end of the day to really explore the Ranch. We really enjoyed seeing the horses every morning on the way out and sitting by the fireplace every evening after a long day of sightseeing. Next time we will spend at least a week here. The only slight disappointment was the fact that the original master bedroom is now a kids room with bunk beds, so there really is no master bedroom. Which meant that the master bath was way on the other side of the house and the sleeping quarters for the adults were sorta small. All in all, it was a great stay and we would highly recommend the Double L Bar Lodge Guest Ranch!"
