Bask in the luxury of this exquisitely decorated brand new cottage located in Old Florida Village. Old Florida Village is quaint neighborhood of 75 distinctive, architecturally rich cottages with a Retail town center coming soon that will be similar to Seaside. The neighborhood is characterized by lush tropical landscaping and natural areas with brick driveways. A single entrance and one private road makes a quiet and safe setting for your family vacation. Beach access is a short walk of half a mile or about 1000 yards at one of two public accesses with showers and parking. Bring your bikes or rent them at gulf place to enjoy the 18 miles of bike paths along the scenic gulf corridor.
The living area and all bedrooms have TVs/DVDs. Fast Access wireless internet is available for internet junkies or those who must take their offices to the beach.
A choice of Two pools in the neighborhood offer a respite from the sand at the beach. Shopping and dining is within walking distance at Gulf Place. A ten minute drive to the West is Silver Sands Designer/Factory Outlet Center and Destin Commons, a new shopping and entertaining center with retail shops, restaurants and a Rave Motion picture theater.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with king and private bath, queen bedroom, two twins bedroom, hall bath.
Payment
$125 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $60 administration fee is added to rate. 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks are the preferred payment form. If a guest prefers payment by credit card, Paypal will be used with a 2.9% surcharge added. No damage deposit is required, however a credit card (Visa or MC) number will be requested at the time of booking regardless of method of payment to be used in case of damage. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.
Age Requirements: We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age.
