  The condos location was great, however the unit needs a serious update. Only one shower worked properly (Inconvience as there was two baths and only my wife and myself) and the brand new wood floors were like a ice rink, with shoes, without them, flip flops....didnt make a difference! Very Dangerous!!! Also not sure if its normal when renting there, but one roll of toilet paper and garbage bag!

  Owner response: The villa just had the wood floors, new bathroom sinks, faucets, tile floors, granite tops, vanities and light fixtures installed May 2013. The kitchen appliances are high end and couple years old. Furnishings and decor are all 1-4 years old. As our phone conversation, you indicated you usually stay at your friends mothers Bluff Villa however, since she was using it this weekend, you wanted to take your wife away. 2 full rolls of toilet paper for 3 day stay for 2 people seems more than adaquite. Our contracts state that upon arrival the cleaning company supplies a starter set of paper goods and soaps. It is custom for tenants to either buy their products while at the grocery store or bring them from home. We are glad you enjoyed the location.

  MY HUSBAND CAME FOR A QUICK GET AWAY BEFORE THE KIDS ARRIVED HOME FROM COLLEGE FOR THE SUMMER. WE TRULY ENJOYED THE VILLA. IT IS WELL KEPT AND MAINTAINED AND FELT LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. SUPER LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING. NICE QUIET BEACH ACROSS THE STREET. 2 MINUTE WALK WILL WANT TO COME AGAIN NEXT YEAR

  Second year we have stayed at this villa. Upgrades since last year to villa. Location is key-everything is within walking or biking distance-only used the car one time during our stay. Villa is clean, well maintained. Owners easy and pleasant to deal with. Give this place ten.

  We rented this villa for a long weekend getaway to enjoy the beach. Super location. The beach is a 2 minute walk right across the street. The Salty Dog is next door which our kids loved. We enjoyed having all the shops and different restaurants there also that we could walk to. We rented bikes and had a great time riding on the beach. Villa was very pretty and comfortable. The managers were very easy to work with and we will deifnaetly come again !!

  We brought our two kids for a short mini vacation and was very pleased with the villa. We found the beach decor in villa appealing, and the kitchen appliances are better than we have at home! This is a very confortable and well maintained villa giving us all the conveniences of being at home. The location was terrific. Across the street is the beach and next door to the South Beach Marina. We enjoyed the shops, boating activities and the many restaurants on site. We were there every day enjoying the many different activites. Great place for tennis and bike riding also. Easy to reserve and most helpful. We will be coming back!

  We rented this condo because it was in a good location, South Beach, and the price was right. While we did not expect upscale quality, we were disappointed by the lack of maintenance and cleanliness of this condo. The television's remote did not work even after we replaced the batteries. The coffeemaker did not work properly, the master bedroom's shower door was off hinge making it difficult to close, and the showerhead was so full of calcium deposits that it felt like a pressure washer. The carpets and furniture were worn and the overall appearance was shabby.There was no dishwasher detergent and only small amount of dish soap, so we had to supply our own. On the plus side, this condo was very quiet and the location was great. It is next door to the South Beach Complex where the Salty Dog Cafe and the Wreck of the Salty Dog are located. The "Wreck" was our choice for dinner each night, with some nice dinner specials and a good wine list. A beach access is right across the street and the bike trail begins at the entrance to the complex.

  The apartment is very simple, and that was exactly what we needed, but has all the basics and met our needs. We''ll try to reserve earlier next year and come earlier to Hilton Head. Thank you, owners!.

  This villa was in a SUPER location. We were able to walk and bike ride to many fun activities with our kids. The beach and pool were a 2 minute walk to beach! This is our favorite spot to vacation with our small children. We come to this villa each year! The managers are very helpful with local knowledge and professional. Quick to respond to any questions you may have. The villa is very comfortable and beautifully furnished and well equipped. We will be returning again next year!

  Bluff villas is my favorite place to stay at HH. Located close to everything I need and so close to town. This villa was clean, well decorated and again close by to everything I need for a perfect getaway. Owners easily accessible by e mail with any additional questions. Highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our stay at this nicely redone condo in Bluff Villa SeaPines. This is a second floor condo that is close walking to beach and the Salty Dog Restaurant and Marina. The TVs were nice flat screens with dvd/vcr and playstation for the kids. All the appliances are new stainless and new front load washer dryer.We will be returning next year to this same location. The property owners/managers we easy to work with and quick to respond to any concerns we had.
