  we rented this condo with another couple and had the most amazing time. the condo is in the perfect location in that it is just blocks away from restaurants and shopping but just far away enough from the crowds that the beaches were not packed. Sterling Breeze is a wonderful complex and we enjoyed the wine bar at the pool very much while we sat and watched the sunsets each night.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Had a great week at this property! THe condo was exactly as described and plenty of room for our family. Very well appointed kitchen and tons of linens!! Loved having the washer and dryer in unit . Close to the elevators, pool and beach. The new Pier Park was worth a couple of evenings of fun as is the Shipwreck Water Park and Gulf World Marine park. The view from living room and balcony is excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

  We had a wonderful time. Amazing view. Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Most relaxing time we've had in a while. Want to go back soon! Loved it. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

  Excellent trip. The listing is totally accurate. Loved the view from the balcony. We were able to hear the waves without all of the noise from the shore. Plan for some evening grilling and late night star gazing. The condo is very close to the elevator (my elderly parents loved that). Warning...you may not want to leave. We would highly recommend this property. Owner was great and every thing was perfect.

  This was the best place to stay at the beach we have ever rented! Great view, clean and neat when we checked in, top quality amenities and plenty of room for a family of five. Inside it was very quiet - well insulated from outside noise. Close to Pier Park and other activities. I recommend approaching this location from Hwy 79 - skip the beach traffic further east - turn left, drive 200 yards and start your vacation! I would recommend Sterling Breeze to any of my friends without hesitation. Thanks for making a great vacation even better!
