  I stayed in the Parc Suites, San Diego for about 2 weeks last November. The apartment was clean, affordable and quiet. The bed was very comfy. The location is good, only a few minutes' ride to down town and close to the freeways so you can easily visit all than San Diego has to offer. It would be very hard to find something equally nice at a lower rate.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  My husband and I just returned from an enjoyable five day stay in SanDiego and we were very please with the accommodations at Parc Suites. The unit was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The unit is very close to all the major attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We loved staying at this place. Supermarkets and food outlets are conveniently located nearby. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with secure on-premise parking. On street parking is also easily accessible. Kelly was very friendly and accommodating despite our very late check-in time. She even loaned us a blender which was not part of the lease. Kelly made our stay here very comfortable and provided a baby cot for our 16 month old child. This place feels very much like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  My husband and I visited San Diego for medical purposes and had the pleasure of staying at Kelly's Our stay there was fantastic! It was comfortable, felt like home, exceptionally clean and the beds were awesome. It was a great stay and one that we definitely will do again. Not only is the condo the right place to stay, the owner of the condo are a rare find. They are hospitable, honest and caring people and will do everything in their power to make your stay pleasant. Our husband and I would recommend this rental property at any time.

  Stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The building and unit itself is well maintained. The location is close to everything. Really you are not 10 minutes from everything! Though perhaps not in the best of neighborhoods we certainly never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Sadly the units do not have A/C. They do however have lots of window fans which can make things a bit noisy and more so when the grammar school across the street opens every morning. Off street parking was ample. Since it was my wife who always had to get out top unlock and open the gate, that certainly did not bother me, though she may have felt otherwise. No A/C, the parking gate, and that the metal security gate on the front door of the unit kept this from being 5 stars. Bottom line, would I stay again? Absolutely! Was it a great deal? With out question! Better then a hotel? Yes!

  My first experience with VRBO and it was very positive. We were in San Diego for our daughter's soccer tournament. The house was very nice, centrally located and we were very pleased with the accomodations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Would love to come back and use this same house again. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions. Very easy to work with. Thanks again!

  My fiance and I wanted a relaxing trip and we definitely picked the right spot to really enjoy our time together. We were in a suite that was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there, parking was included in a gated lot and there was laundry that made the beach trips easy. The room was very comfortable, all the seating, the bed, and the tub. Very Clean. We sat outside every night on the putting green, the owner has patio furniture outside with some tables and we enjoyed our wine and some snacks outside. Other guests at the property were also very nice and social, it was a good environment to meet other people on vacation.

  My wife and I came to Parc Suites for Fourth of July weekend. We were greeted by the owner and staff. The unit we reserved was just as shown in the property photos. Very clean, very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The location is close to just about every freeway we needed to explore San Diego. To get to Balboa Park and the Zoo, we didn't even have to take the freeway! This was perfect for a reasonably priced Romantic Getaway on a Holiday Weekend.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.
