You will feel like you’re at home, just with a great view of paradise. This studio apartment perched near the top of Crown Mountain is the perfect place to hang your towel after a long day at the beach. Sit on your private balcony, with beautiful views of the stunning turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, while you sip your favorite drink.

This apartment is situated two miles up Crown Mountain road, and is full of wonderful tropical plants and all the interesting wildlife. Watch our American Kestrel’s (locally known as the Killy Killy Falcon) hover in the ocean breeze and dive for their prey. Marvel at the bright green feathers of the local St Thomas Conure which visit our trees almost daily. Watch the hummingbirds and bananaquits flutter from flower to flower. The types and colors of lizards are too numerous to list.

This apartment was recently remodeled, and professionally decorated with new furniture. You will rest comfortably on the premium Serta pillow top queen bed. A small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave will let you keep your drinks cool and your snacks warm.

Just minutes from the world famous Magen’s Bay, ferries to St. John or the BVI and other local attractions.

As the owners of the property we live on the premises, and are available to help you in anyway. Whether it’s a problem you need solved, directions to the best beaches, or recommendations for dinner we are here to help you enjoy and learn about this wonderful island we call home.

  • Wow. What a wonderful view and an amazing place. The apartments have all the ameneties you could ever want, and the beach toys kept us entertained without fail. The views from the balcony are spectacular, and the lovely decor and furnishings made it a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The welcome Thomas & Natalie gave us was wonderful and started long before we arrived with a call to verify if we could use a free ride from the airport. We were made to feel right at home from the very start which only added to our enjoyment. Natalie met us when we arrived to show us round, and was always eager to answer our call if we needed anything. We had drawn up an itinerary for our stay but with the fun things we read about, but Natalie had so many great suggestions that saved us a huge amount of money, that we set our itinerary to whatever she suggested. We're looking forward to our next trip to the Virgin Islands and wouldn't want to stay anywhere other than Crescent Point. That you Thomas for taking us out for free on your beautiful catamaran! You made our time so romantic! The giant turtles at the spot you recommended were beyond over the top and beautiful! Thank you for everything you did! All of our friends will be coming next year for our anniversary!

  • I am a travel nurse and have lived in the unit with my dog for almost 7 months. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities to make living here comfortable. The view from the balcony is incredible and the owners treated me and my dog Brooklyn, just like family. I fell in love with the place and it made it very hard to leave. I would be content living here indefinitely! St. Thomas is a beautiful island and it is nice to have a clean, cozy and serene apartment to truly make it paradise.

  • Thank you for such an incredible time! Your pictures on VRBO don't do justice. Everything was soperfect and better than we imagined. Thomas should be a professional tour guide! The new pool is beautiful. You have really taken the time to make this a wonderful spot to relax. Tirsh can't wait until next year to smash passionfruit wth you again to bake some of those awesome tarts. It was so nice to meet ms. lulu and to enjoy the parrots flying in the trees in the mornings. We hope we can stay in one of the 2 bedroom units next time if you have any available! I can't tell you thany you enough for all you did to make our vacation great!

  • To all whom are reading this guestbook, you must stay at Crescent Point if you go to the Virgin Islands due to its unmasked beauty of scenery, and the owners incredible taste on giving you ideas of where to go, and what to do, especially when there are so many touristy spots that you want to stay away from. From the little restaurant experiences that only happen once a week on a Saturday night on the beach, to the most relaxing beaches where there are little to no people to have to share it with. We were also directed to the best shopping where the prices were not elevated for those whom don't need to bargain shop. We came home with full suitcases, great memories, and some of the most beautiful pictures(alot taken from our own private balcony) thanks to our wonderful hosts-Thomas and Natalie. We are planning on having a family reunion within the next couple of years, so we will be back with at least enough people for two of the larger units, and we are confident that our family will share the same wonderful feelings we have when it comes to the pure "southern hospitality" these owners have brought to such a peaceful awesome place!!   • This is a hidden gem...found it by word of mouth...the apartment was beautiful and immaculate. Our Island hideaway was a bit hidden from the street and parking area with a fabulous deck. The owners couldn't have been nicer. Our room was small but comfy. There was maintenance ongoing but the workers were very polite and respectful. The frogs singing at night were amazing! There was this one rooster about a mile away that gave us a morning jingle, but hey, we’re on an island and you might laugh, but there are chickens all over this island! The best recommendation I can give about this place is that I enjoyed our stay, I will come back and I will recommend it to friends! Never had a more relaxing time for a small weekend escape!

  • My husband and I had a great time at your apartment rental! It was great to see you at the airport holding a sign just so we wouldn’t get lost in trying to find your place! It was late when we got in and I couldn’t see anything except for the beautiful interior of the apartment, but the next morning was a gorgeous view on our own private patio! Even though you have a small dining room for the apartment, we loved spending romantic meals together on the patio enjoying that beautiful view and the breezes! It saved us a lot of money having a nice fridge and a great kitchen to snack and prepare meals, so we wouldn’t waste time when we were out sightseeing. Some of the best parts of your place are the view, the comfort of that incredible bed, the ease of a big parking area, the beautiful flowers and great furniture and those lists that you gave Steve and I! (For those of you who want the best places to go and when to go to them, you need to just ask the owners and they’ve got a long list of “local” fun things to go do and the best way of not spending a lot of money doing them!) The whole property is incredible! We never had to turn on the air conditioner once due to the cool breezes and we normally must have it on in our house all the time! Normally Steve can’t be pleased anywhere he goes, but this place made him relax and enjoy just taking it easy and he actually asked if I wanted to come back in a couple of years. I want to move if I could! Thank you for giving Steve and I the rest, relaxation and romance that we’ve wanted for a long time. Your property is one of a kind and worth every penny of what we spent.   • My wife and I spent a week at your gorgeous place and had a great time! We were met at the airport by the property owners just to make sure we didn't get lost. It was very late when we arrived so it was dark and we couldn't see much looking out the windows, but WOW were we in for a treat the next morning! We loved the view, the flowers, the decorations, the easy parking and lastly, the BED! We want one of these back home! Nothing but soft support and very nice furniture. The bathroom was a little small but the shower is big. The kitchen is about the same size as our kitchen back home and we only ate outside to enjoy our incredible view. It has a small dining area, but we love he private patio to ourselves and the breezes. having the fridge was a nice touch and saved us a ton of money by having a small kitchen there! Parrots flew past our patio in the mornings and bats caught insects at dusk. The breeze coming through our place was awesome! The only bad thing I can say about our vacation is that it had to end! We saved a ton of money here and I'm sure we'll be back in a couple of years to stay in the same apartment. We asked a million questions of the owners and they gave us a list of all of the best places to go and when to go to them. So ask them about the "food and fun in the bay" and tell them you want the same awesome places that Steve and Michelle got in their list, it was unforgettable! My wife is trying to already twist my arm to come back or move to the island, but we'll wait till I win the lottery for that! My wife can't seem to be pleased with nearly everything I do, but this time around, your help and your little apartment did most of the work to make her happy. I will take the credit though!   • I spent a week at this property and fell in love with it! I write for a small travel column and found this place at the last minute , (there was a fire at the Marriot and I was told I needed to find other arrangements), and I couldn't have been luckier! The owners picked me up at the airport and took great care to make me feel as comfortable as possible. This is the best boutique studio that I've ever been to! The price was right and the view is to die for! Most people go on vacation to get out and see the islands, next time, I'm coming back to Crescent Point just to relax and enjoy a truly restful experience. The rental is well appointed with everything sparkling new. Fresh new furniture, paint, appliances, and even fresh linens from Pottery Barn, (I checked the labels, it's a habit of mine.) Basically, everything is new in this rental. At night, the cool tradewinds came through my windows, so I never needed the air conditioner, even in the warmest portion of the day. Plenty of water pressure when I came back from touring the beautiful sights on St Thomas! Fresh flowers in my room was one of the nicest touches. Well lit areas, and plenty of flowers and coconut palms lined the abudant parking lot. Very secure, which is important since I'm widowed and enjoy traveling alone. I plan on being back again next year with both of my sisters in one of the larger units they are just finishing now. The owners were so wonderful as to give me a list of the best places to go and see while I only had a limited amount of time and money dedicated to enjoying the sights, sounds, and food in the Virgin Islands. I was lucky to have been able to eat grilled tropical chicken with them! He loves to cook on the grill nightly. Every one of the rentals has it's own balcony that faces the Caribbean Ocean, it's simply gorgeous to have a bagel and some guava jam in the mornings on my balcony table overlooking water island, hassle island, and the cruiseships entering into the harbor.
