Our beach villa has recently been remodeled and is fully furnished and equipped with new beds, kitchen, bath and lots more...All linens, beach chairs and towels are included.
There is an outside shower to sand off from the beach and parking your vehicles There is also lots of parking available on the street.
We are located just two blocks from the beach and adjacent to excellent restaurants, bars, recreation, convenience stores and a coin laundry.
Just a stroll to Condado or a five minute drive to the Old San Juan historic area and airport!
