  Four of us, two brothers, sister and sister in law stayed for 4 nights. The condo is lovely with everything we needed for a delightful stay. An easy walk to the beach and great exercise walking back up the hill. Having the barbeque was a wonderful extra and we even used the pool. I was able to stay a little longer than the others so my siter and I used the movie tickets. The popcorn and soda was a generous addition. Would highly recommend this condo. Lori was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Be warned the mobile telephone service is spotty in the area. Did take awhile to boot up the WI-FI but it worked well once it came up.   We had a really great week at Hank and Lori's rental. The place was completely spotless and had beautiful views. Hank and Lori made it very simple to book our stay and always responded very quickly to questions and inquiries we made. I also really appreciate that they are taking the time to mail a forgotten item to me.... Thank you sooo much!! Oh and the master bathroom tub is to die for!

  This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful condo, and it was just as wonderful as the first! You will not be disappointed; the pictures are nice but not nearly as nice as when you step in the front door. Everything is perfect! And the owners, Hank and Lori, are kind and generous. We will definitely be staying here again, and I highly recommend it for your stay.

  Had a very nice time, good ocean view. Clean and neat. Condo is nicer than the photos show. Only disapointment was not enough comfortable seating. Sofa would hold 3 people sitting up, but not relaxing and only one other chair. Nice walk to the beach alittle harder coming back up hill, but needed the work out! Overall nice place.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review. We really appreciate it. We have a 2 bedroom condo so we don't want to have too much furniture. A large sofa and oversized chair is quite comfortable for 4 guests. Pillows are provided to relax on the floor if guests so desire.

  AAAA+++ This rental is even better than the pictures or description. It is super clean, updated, decorated beautifully, cozy, and perfectly located. The kitchen had everything you could imagine, which made it feel just like home.  It was quiet, peaceful, fun, and extremely convenient for walking to the beach.  The complimentary movie tickets were a treat as well as the free popcorm and sodas. The owners were always so responsive, even with the silliest of questions.  If you get a chance to visit, This Is The Place!  We'll definitely be back. A BIG THANKS to the owners for making their little piece of paradise available for all to enjoy!  :)

  We enjoyed a 3-night stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The floor plan was spacious and had a wonderful layout. The master suite was comfortable as well as beautiful. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed. Having access to the enclosed garage was an added bonus. The location had easy access to many wonderful local restaurants. We hope to return some day for another relaxing stay. The homeowners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

  We had a wonderful stay. Kids loved watching the sea life from the condo. Plenty comforts of home with a view while working in the kitchen! Garage parking was great, place to store your beach gear and bikes too. Beach allows fires which is a plus and very fun. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

  Our stay at this Aptos condo was wonderful. We have two small children and they love the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the boardwalk, capitola village and Nisene Marks forest all just a short drive from the condo. We love Aptos and would recommend this condo to our friends and definitely would stay here again.

  We enjoyed our stay and the place looked just like the pictures! Very clean and well maintained. We saw dolphins jumping in the ocean view and enjoyed our trip to the US Open at Pebble Beach. Michael's on Main was a great place to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
