Only a less than 5 minute walk to the beach where you go walk south for miles or north for miles. If the tide is out you can walk to Capitola and browse around that little village. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance or take your car and drive to Santa Cruz where you can have fun at the Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk or drive south and experience Monterey or Carmel or the last hometown of Pacific Grove.
These areas are only about a 45 minute beautiful flat drive down highway 1.

I have always loved the area of Rio Del Mar in Aptos. It is so beautiful situated near the ocean/beach and surrounded by beautiful trees, parks, golf courses and wonderful restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condominium is a end unit with lots of light - not closed in on both sides like interior units. This condominium has a smashing view of the sand and ocean. It has its own 2 car garage. It has been remodeled and is absolutely beautiful throughout. This complex has just been painted a beautiful Spanish Sand neutral color. We also have a oversized swimming pool with plenty of patio tables surrounding it with a front row view of the Monterey Bay.
Wonderful restaurants and shopping at the beach in quaint Capitola By The Sea.
This is the movie theater where you will have 2 gift certificates for 2 passes on each one with free popcorn and soda.

AAAA+++ This rental is even better than the pictures or description. It is super clean, updated, decorated beautifully, cozy, and perfectly located. The kitchen had everything you could imagine, which made it feel just like home. It was quiet, peaceful, fun, and extremely convenient for walking to the beach. The complimentary movie tickets were a treat as well as the free popcorm and sodas. The owners were always so responsive, even with the silliest of questions. If you get a chance to visit, This Is The Place! We'll definitely be back. A BIG THANKS to the owners for making their little piece of paradise available for all to enjoy! :)

We enjoyed a 3-night stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The floor plan was spacious and had a wonderful layout. The master suite was comfortable as well as beautiful. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed. Having access to the enclosed garage was an added bonus. The location had easy access to many wonderful local restaurants. We hope to return some day for another relaxing stay. The homeowners were extremely responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay. Kids loved watching the sea life from the condo. Plenty comforts of home with a view while working in the kitchen! Garage parking was great, place to store your beach gear and bikes too. Beach allows fires which is a plus and very fun. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

Our stay at this Aptos condo was wonderful. We have two small children and they love the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the boardwalk, capitola village and Nisene Marks forest all just a short drive from the condo. We love Aptos and would recommend this condo to our friends and definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the place looked just like the pictures! Very clean and well maintained. We saw dolphins jumping in the ocean view and enjoyed our trip to the US Open at Pebble Beach. Michael's on Main was a great place to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

These accomodations were perfect for our young family of four. The place was spacious and clean and the view of the ocean from the livingroom/kitchen was gorgeous! It was a convenient walk to the beach for little feet and perfect driving distances to Monterey, Capitola, Watsonville, and Santa Cruz. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed fun adventures out and relaxing evenings in. Hope to make this a family tradition destination. Thank you for a lovely stay and wonderful memories!

We had a truly lovely time in your condo over the July 4th weekend - we were able to visit with family in the area, went to the Aptos July 4th Pancake breakfast and saw many wonderful fireworks from the balcony that evening. The condo is quite spacious,with very nice furnishings and the layout of the kitchen allowed me to cook, visit and look at the great view all at the same time. The garage parking was a great bonus for a summer beach community. I hope we can stay here again.

I wanted to drop a short note and just let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your ocean view condo. We were so pleased when we walked in saw how light and bright it was and that it was very clean. The view was fabulous and we loved being able to see out from the kitchen and family room. It is located is such a great spot, close to the beach so if you get hungry you can walk right up and make a sandwich and then walk right back down. It reminded us of our time spent there when we would go and stay with my father-in-law. Several family members and friends have asked us about the condo and we've recommended highly. Thanks again.

Loved the condo, had a great time with friends, went to the Blues Festival in Aptos, so much to do and great to spend time in a wonderful place, loved the view and the pool! Great restaurants within walking distance. Loved the experience! Has this time period booked for 2010.
