We had a wonderful stay with quick access to the beach. There were beach chairs and beach towels available. The house was clean and the views were stunning. Al was very communicative, which we really appreciated. We would stay again.

Al is an amazing host, he's extremely responsive, checks in to make sure everything is well. The house is cozy with a lived in feel. We couldn't have asked for a better view of the beach and ocean, absolutely perfect. We definitely would stay here again.

The view is absolutely amazing. The home is beautiful. Fully stocked with everything you need to cook delicious meals with your family. Quick access to the beach. The hospitality from Al the host is like no other!

We had an incredible stay - the view is incredible and just a short walk to the beach. Al was super responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this home!

Very nice and cozy place to stay with an amazing view of the ocean and access to the beach. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place. This place only provides you with facial bar soaps so bring your own!

We had a wonderful trip. We spent lots of time in the living room and kitchen with its wall of windows and balcony. You can see the waves crashing on the beach from there. The house is very nice and clean, and has all the things needed in the kitchen. The owner reached out to us before the trip and was very communicative with us, which is appreciated.

Host was VERY responsive and cordial. Plenty of dishes and large mugs for Christmas hot chocolate and coffee. Abundance of towels. Great stay!!

The location was great - we were one row back from the beach and a completely unobstructed view from the top floor where the kitchen and family space are. Quick 3 min walk to the beach itself, and our kids loved going every day. Close to lots of fun places nearby - Monterey Aquarium, Monterey Zoo (we did the big cat feeding Crunch Time - big thumbs up), Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Elkhorn Slough. Home is very comfortable and well equipped, includuing beach chairs to borrow if you want. Definitey recommend.
