We loved this beach house. The Kids loved their beds and the porthole windows. The view is fantastic, and the beach is a one minute walk.

Perfect for families!

This property had an amazing view from the top floor. Located in a private neighborhood, you can consider it your own private beach. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and layout was perfect for a large group with teens so that everyone has space. AL was a thoughtful and attentive host! 10/10!!

Views and close to beach!

Great views, quick walk to beach, lots of stairs (Pajaro Dunes houses are vertical), excellent updated kitchen and main room for gathering, good bathrooms, very helpful host, large TV plus several more, lots of parking. Our three days were a bit chillier than hoped (end of June), but all went well anyway.

Best beach vacation ever

What a wonderful place to stay! Went with a group of friends and everyone was blown away. The view from the deck is breathtaking and very magical! The beach is wonderful and so long and majestic. Had everything we needed and the host was a great communicator and very helpful and caring. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful ocean view

This home was a perfect location for our mini family reunion. We loved the layout- the main gathering areas were on the top floor with the amazing ocean view deck while the two lower floors each had two bedrooms and a bathroom. Literally steps to the beach. Lovely home.

Amazing Beach House

My family and I stayed over the weekend at this wonderful Beach House. The house was more than spacious for my family of 8. The owner of the house was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Five out of five stars!

Great Location

Very nice location and view, recently updated. Great opportunity to see ocean life (sea otters, seals, pelicans, etc) up close. Marine layer makes for more mild weather in August. New towels would be good.

Very comfortable

We loved everything about this property, it was perfect for 5 ladies looking for a girls-only getaway. Easy communication with our host, Al, made checkin a breeze. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. The views and are dreamy, beach access is easy, and it’s conveniently located for a short drive to Moss Landing for whale watching and kayaking Elkhorn Slough. All that being said, this property would not work for individuals with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.

One of the highest decks in the neighborhood which delivers breath taking views of Monterey Bay and miles of coast line. Very well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the small appliances/pots and pans/plates/glasses/utensils that you'll need. Charcoal BBQ on the back patio worked great for grilling local fish and vegetables. Bedrooms were all clean and very comfortable. Easy to control room temperature on cold nights with individual built-in heaters. Only room drawback was that noise transfers easily from 2nd floor to ground floor bedrooms. Recommendations: new frying pans and wine glasses. Host Al is awesome...took very good care of us from reservation to check-out. Mahalo.

The property was wonderful. The location was great. Less than 2 min walk to the beach carrying all our stuff. The balcony had the best views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Communication with Al was easy.

The house was really nice, updated, very clean, and had beautiful ocean views right from the deck and rooms. It had all of the features that were listed and all of the rooms were comfortable. We could walk right down to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also had fun playing pickleball and basketball. The host, Al, was awesome! He is very responsive, helpful, and was great to rent from!
