Pajaro Dunes har Condominiums, Townhomes och hus ligger på miles av orörda stranden på Monterey Bay. Det finns 24-timmars bevakning. Vi ligger bara 5 minuter från Hwy en, men ljudet av havet och samtalet av sjöfåglar "gör att du känner omvärlden är långt borta.

Njut av en familjesammankomst, Sunset Bar-B-Q, eller bara lite tid borta ...

Börja dagen titta på solen gå upp över Pajaro dalen från matsalen, medan du smuttar på kaffe som du brygger i vår fullt utrustade kök som har allt du behöver för att förbereda och servera läckra måltider, bara ta maten!

The property was wonderful. The location was great. Less than 2 min walk to the beach carrying all our stuff. The balcony had the best views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Communication with Al was easy.

The house was really nice, updated, very clean, and had beautiful ocean views right from the deck and rooms. It had all of the features that were listed and all of the rooms were comfortable. We could walk right down to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also had fun playing pickleball and basketball. The host, Al, was awesome! He is very responsive, helpful, and was great to rent from!

We loved this beach house. The Kids loved their beds and the porthole windows. The view is fantastic, and the beach is a one minute walk.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. View is incredible. House was as pictured and was large enough for our family (10) gathering. Easy walk to beach. Short drive to Santa Cruz and Monterey. We will return for sure.

Extended family beach weekend

Stayed at the beach house for the weekend with extended family over Mother’s Day weekend (grandparents, adult children spouses, grandchildren). The views were great and and steps away from the beach. Be prepared for lots of steps and bring soap/foil for cooking. Otherwise house was fully-stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. It was confident to have a laundry machine for washing clothes that got wet from the ocean. Stairs are not the most child friendly (youngest member is almost 2yo) and would not recommend for guests with younger children. Third floor patio was great for enjoying the view and ocean breezes. Loved the sunset views.

Perfect house for a family get together

Great View

Had a fantastic stay! First the basics. Everything was clean, kitchen was well apointed (cooked for 7), everything worked & host was great. The home accomodated 7 adults easily and the view was amazing, we were able to see whales and watch magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, perfect beach house for family.

Stated during the holidays with a family of six. Great views, comfortable beds, perfectly located in second row at Pajaro Dunes. Definitely will stay again!

Perfect for families!

This property had an amazing view from the top floor. Located in a private neighborhood, you can consider it your own private beach. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and layout was perfect for a large group with teens so that everyone has space. AL was a thoughtful and attentive host! 10/10!!

Terrific views and lots to do

We loved our first stay at Pajaro Dunes with great access to the beach and fun activities at the resort. The house had an amazing view, main room was well-lit, and loved the outdoor shower. Communication before and during with Al was terrific and he was especially accommodating with check-in/out times. We found the main room pretty cramped for 10 people, and difficult to go up/down stairs to get to rooms and bathrooms (not misadvertised, just important to know about the layout). Heads-up that you'll need to bring spices, BBQ coals and lighter fluid, and soap/shampoo as that is not provided which was disappointing given the price. Otherwise a lovely house to rent!

Wonderful House in Pajara Dunes

This is a beautiful house located about a 2 minute walk from a quiet secluded beach. The house was just as described and communication with the owner was perfect. The only negative is that it is 3 stories and there are lots of stairs.

Fantastic View

Had a great time here. The kids loved the bunkbeds and the porthole windows that actually open! For me the selling point was the top floor. The views are fantastic, just like the photos show. The fog in the evening ruined the sunsets I was looking forward to but hopefully you willhave better luck . Definitely recommend stopping at a grocery store in town first. We did find some good restaurants in town but its bit of a trek if you have small kids. I would love to return in the future.
