Welcome to our home away from home. We want to ensure that our guests enjoy all the comforts of home plus some more. A great deal of time and effort has gone into setting up our condo so that we ensure that you have all your needs met. You'll open the door to a newly decorated home. The kitchen has all upgraded stainless steel appliances with new cabinets. All the conveniences you'd expect in the kitchen I believe you'll find.
The bedrooms are all newly furnished. Our twin bedrooms have 2 twin beds, a large dresser, nightstand and a 26" flat panel LCD TV. Our guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser, nightstand and a 26" flat panel LCD TV. Both of these rooms may share 2 bathrooms, a large full bath and a large 1/2 bath.
Our master bedroom is paradise. With a new full queen bedroom furniture suite and a 26" flat panel LCD TV, you'll never want to leave the room. The master bathroom has been remodeled to include a state of the art shower, complete with spa sprays, rainfall shower, and hand shower sprayers.
Our living room also is newly furnished, contains a 37" flat panel TV, and looks out on a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. You can sit on the balcony and relax listening to the subtle splashes of water.
Because we are an end unit, we have plenty of light in our Condo. There are 3 balconies in total, with the main one off the living room. The master has their own private balcony and a shorter balcony is also off the kitchen area.
We have one very unique feature that is rarely seen in condos and that is a state of the art air dehumidifier system. If you're an allergy sufferer, you'll definitely notice a difference in our condo, as the air is very clean and you don't have to worry about any musty smells that you may have experienced in other places you've stayed in.

My wife and I have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for several years and have rented properties all over the Island. A short walk over the road from the property and you are on the beach, as well as next to the centrally located hub of the Island shopping and activities.The interior of the villa has been tastefully furnished with complimentry decorum and climately controlled air system.We particularly enjoyed the balcony exposures,one in the morning ,facing east ,when the sun is not so intense and the other balcony facing the pool in the afternoon where it is shaded.Mark and Ruth have definitely attained their goal of a home away from home. We will be back

We have stayed at Xanadu Villas 3 years in a row and this condo is by far our favorite. It has everything you need. You can't beat the location being so close to all the activity at Coligny and it's super close to the beach. The master bathroom shower is UNBELIEVABLE. No problems getting my stinky boy to take showers there! We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks for such a great vacation!

We had a great vacation in HHI in the Xandau Condo. We stayed the month of February. The furnishings were perfect. The walk-in shower was awesome with the different shower heads. It was like a spa. It was close to Coligny Shops and a short walk to the beach. We hope to stay again.

When we entered the Xanadu building, we thought it was an old building, but..... when we entered your condo , it was like we stepped in paradise. OMG, it is a beautiful place, you must have spend a small fortune on all the upgrades, every single room is outstanding! Love all the decorations, furniture,colors (so pottery barn style, which I love!) tv's, kitchen and oh my..... that shower.... LOVED IT!!!! We had some bad luck with the weather, it rained a lot the first 3 days, but I didn't mind, because I can spend days inside when it's that cozy. If we go back to Hilton Head, this condo is surely my first choice and I wil put a great review for you on VRBO. PS: By the way, do know the name of the paint color (grey) in the master bedroom, I am re-painting my livingroom and I love that color. Thanks for letting us rent your place, Carine Bourgeois-Otoka

My family and I were fortunate enough to find the Wilson's condo at Xanadu Villas a week before our vacation in HHI. We had a wonderful time there, and that was partly due to their wonderful condo. When we arrived, let me just put it frankly that we were floored at how awesome the condo was, and you would never have been able to tell walking through the entrance, up the dinosaur elevator (or one short set of stairs), and down the somewhat dingy hallway! It was unbelievable at how nice the condo was--leather sofas, beautiful cabinets, awesome kitchen appliances, and comfy beds with that spectacular shower in the master bedroom! The dehumidifier was great--we never really knew how wonderful it was until we felt the HHI summer heat and humidity. The condo is reasonably priced and is so conveniently located! It is a five-minute walk to the beach, which is somewhat busy but far enough from the public beach area so it is not ridiculously crowded. The beach chairs and cart were also an awesomely added convenience. Also, grocery stores and some awesome shopping opportunities awaited just down the road at Coligny Circle. The Sea Pines plantation is also just a few minutes down the main road, South Forest Beach Rd (that is, if you can get over the exclusivity of having to pay $5 per entrance). There were so many perks to the condo that they overshadowed the small (and too warm) pool and the lack of Internet availability. I’m sure that we’d rent again from them the next time we head back to HHI! Thanks, Mark and Ruth!
