This beautiful condo includes full granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Walking distance to Paradise Village Mall and Resort, the location is unsurpassed. But it’s just few steps through the beautiful pools and garden, to the pristine miles of white sand beach that sets Playa Royale apart and really proves the phrase location, location, location.
The lovely ocean front pool, hot-tub, and BBQ Palapa is for the Residences only. You have access to the big pool at the beach club close by, but they don’t have access to yours. To keep the unit in tip-top condition for our guests, this is a NON SMOKING UNIT.
Special features include cable TV, a DVD/VCR, a large in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven, range, microwave, side by side refrigerator with through door purified water and ice.
Of course you’ll have access (for $86) to El Tigre Golf Course and the gorgeous new sports club with its Olympic-size pool, tennis, kid’s center, clubhouse and enormous state of the art fitness center.

We are 55+ really enjoyed our stay at the Playa Royale. The grounds are like staying in paradise. The staff our very helpful. The beach area is just great. The condo was just as descibed. The owners were very helpful answering all questions. I would recommend this complex for anyone to stay.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.
