TWO separate MASTER BEDROOM suites each with KING SIZE pillow top luxury bedding; lower level with TWO BEDROOMS, 3rd bedroom with BUNK BEDS and 2 TWIN BEDS for the children and a 4th bedroom with QUEEN SIZE pillow top bedding and a TWIN BED. On the lower level is the media room with HDTV 46" FLAT SCREEN TV, cable, DVD player and DVD library and Wii for kids of all ages. The house has WiFi. There is a printer for hook up to your laptop.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
The house sits on Peak 7 with Mt. Baldy views only 3.2 miles from downtown Main Street. Its the convenient location to the ski resorts of Breck, Keystone, Copper and Vail only 45 minutes away. Quietness around when ones needs it and then a 10 minute drive to all the activities downtown Breckenridge. PERFECT!
The Unique Benefits at this House
One of the benefits of being in our home is the deck. Relaxing, peaceful and beautiful to sit out surrounded by a grove of aspen trees or soak in the hot tub on a crisp clear night under the stars. Most nights you feel as if you could reach up and touch them! You may even see a bull moose wander onto the property, doe and her fawns, or the family of fox. Its a wonderful home for entertaining guests and family members- plenty of space on three levels- open and airy floor plan.
The home is always "stocked" with condiments, spices, herbs and specialty cookware so I never have to pick up those "one time items" at the store. I can usually walk in with a toothbrush, clothing and a few groceries and be very very content. I try my best to offer the same for my guests.
It truly is a very user friendly place and so comfortable!

In the art/design industry for over 30 years with a passion for beautiful environments provided me with the skills to locate, build, and detail out my home in Breckenridge Colorado. Only one visit to Breckenridge with it's periwinkle blue skies, crisp clear air and snow capped mountains-I was in love! I've been going to Breckenridge for most of my adult life-taught our daughter and son to ski on Peak 8 and Peak 9 and have created many family memories at the Breck House. Frequent trips to the UK and Italy to visit family and friends I appreciate how important it is to have very comfortable, convenient and clean accommodations. These same standards are what I achieve to present to my guests when staying at my home in Breckenridge.

A wonderful house - very spacious and incredibly well equipped - it doesn't feel like a rental property at all. It's a short drive to peak 7 or the nordic center and the hottub is a great place to relax after a day's skiing.

What a lovely property! My family enjoyed celebrating Christmas at this home away from home. It was the first time for us and the house delivered. Enough space for us to get together or find private time. Listing description and photos are accurate. Property well maintained. During the snowy months, 4 wheel drive vehicle really helpful. Owner is very responsive and friendly. A bit of a hike to base gondola but really close if someone can drop you off at near gondola stop. Would recommend!

Our goal was to find a home spacious and comfortable enough for two families to share a jointly-planned skiing vacation. This home proved to be even better than the description and photos depicted! The five kids (ranging in age from 12 to 14) took over the basement, while both sets of parents enjoyed private master suites. The kitchen and baths was better stocked than any home we've ever rented, and we've stayed in over 20 VRBO homes around the world! The furnishings and decor were SO inviting! Beds were incredibly comfortable! Scenery was amazing! Amenities were exception! Also, we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly convenient this home is to skiing and town. Though we stayed during a very busy spring-break, we were on the slopes or enjoying downtown Breckenridge in practically no-time! All-in-all, a clean, clean, clean, top-10 vacation rental.

We recently spent a summer vacation with family here and it was FANTASTIC! The house has every possible amenity you could need. The decor is understated and comfortable. The beds and bedding were also very comfortable - which is important when you are hiking, biking, rafting, horseback riding, etc. The location was perfectly secluded while still being easily accessible to the town of Breckenridge. We particularly enjoyed the dining table for ten and the hot tub. It was a wonderful respite from the HOT Kansas summer. Thanks Dottie for making our stay so enjoyable!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for a week in July of 2010. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the house and accommodations. Everything was well orchestrated, cleaned and ready for our arrival. The amenities were far beyond our expectations with luxury linens, towels, beds, stocked kitchen, and toys. The owner did not miss a thing for making her home comfortable and for fulfilling all our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful art work, decorations and final touches throughout the house. The house location is great and very close to town. We loved being up in the mountains and enjoyed the beautiful view. It was a pleasure working with the owner. She made us feel very welcomed in her home and made everything so easy. We'll definitely be back.

THE LOCATION WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED. THE PICTURES DID NOT DO THE HOME JUSTICE....IT WAS GORGEOUS!!! THE PROPERTY WAS SO WELL APPOINTED AND YET SO HOMEY ! THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS INVOLVED AND VERY HELPFUL.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOME YES!! WE ENJOYED FATTYS RESTAURANT...WE DID PICKUP AND IT WAS GREAT. RELISH IS A VERY NICE DINE IN ,IT IS DOWNTOWN. ERIC BASEMENT WAS FUN FOR EATERY AS WELL! WE JUST ENJOYED SHOPPING AND THEN HANGING OUT AT THE HOUSE AND THE HOT TUB!

We spent our family Christmas vacation in Breckenridge. Our family traveled from all over the world to get to one location to celebrate the holiday and to ski. This was the perfect home for all of us! Plenty of space, convenient to the slopes, comfortable and well maintained-we couldn't have found a better place to call home for Christmas. Preparing our holiday meal was a snap-all the cooking and roasting pans and dinnerware we needed to serve a family of 10. The owner couldn't have been more helpful in answering our questions about the town and places not to miss. We had a concern about shipping certain items and she was sure to contact her property manager with an address for shipping our skis. (no mail or shipping to the home address). We felt like we knew the place the minute we walked in and found our time together in this home was very special. I would highly recommend spending your family and friends time in this home.

I have had the opportunity to spend time at the Discovery house on three separate occasions. The first of which was June 08. The weather in Breckenridge Co is absolutely fabulous in June. Mount Baldy is still covered in snow and nights are cool and crisp. The deck overlooking the city of Breckenridge and Mt. Baldy also has a hot tub that is great for for soaking in and enjoying while star gazing. The house has every amenity that you would possibly need. Its also close enough to town to run to the store or go to a great restaurant yet far enough to get that great mountain experience. There is so much to do in Breckenridge and the surrounding areas that we just didn't have time to do it all. Walking/hiking trails, white water rafting on the Blue river, tons of great galleries and shops to explore, a great place to have a picnic overlooking Lake Dillon. It just doesn't get any better. We had such a great time that we have been back two time since. With two master suites and two more bedrooms that are great for kids, its a wonderful place to go with a large family or good friends. so much to do within a twenty minute drive. Can't wait to go back!
