Welcome to Riverside Chateau, a gorgeous riverfront home with private beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Nestled in the redwoods, the property is also very sunny and warm. With 2 decks overlooking the river and lots of privacy, you'll feel like you're in a different world.
Inside the Chateau, you'll find rooms that have been lovingly maintained or beautifully renovated. The large living room is a wonderful marriage of modern and vintage, with a brand new leather sectional sofa bed (queen-sized) and charming gas "wood" stove. The living room also has a large HD flat-screen LCD TV (with Blu-ray DVD) and French doors out to the deck overlooking the river.
The custom country kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a deep farmhouse sink. So nicely designed and beautiful, you'll love cooking here! Gaze at the river while dining in this gorgeous spot with 2 sets of French doors and tons of light, or open the doors and dine al fresco on the deck.
The master bedroom is bright and sunny, spacious yet cozy with vaulted ceilings and big windows. And a very comfy queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and French doors to a lovely little balcony. The third bedroom located downstairs (by external staircase) also has a queen bed and nearby second bathroom.
One of the best views is from the brand new 6 person hot tub, which is situated on the lower deck and is covered, so you can even hot tub in the rain! Check out the kayaks floating by while you soak. In nice weather, you can walk down the back steps to a large private beach, accessible only to neighbors. The perfect place for summer relaxation or a nice winter stroll.
