ONE MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL
Large vaulted ceilings and travertine tile floors meet you as you open the door to this lovely home on the 8th Hole of the Pate Course at the gated and private Rancho La Quinta Country Club. The swimming pool with a large swim step for lounging and a spa with a waterfall greet you as the view from the Master Suite and the Great Room with large screen TV, informal dining area and granite countertop gourmet kitchen area. Soft comfortable couches and chairs are found in the adjacent formal dining and living room. Enjoy two stone fireplaces on cooler winter evenings. Every comfort of home is provided for you so all you need to pack is your clothes.
The large heated pool and spa have a patio area surrounding it with outdoor dining table and chairs and a Bar B Q area that includes a stainless steel grill and side burner. Outdoor lounge chairs are positioned near the golf course for watching the sunsets with a cool drink. The front courtyard and side grass area are gated for pet safety. A lovely stream runs adjacent to the golf course in front of you. Our fun pastime is looking for lost golf balls every night. The ducks, birds, bunnies and geese are always entertaining and great to watch. The views of the Santa Rosa Mountains changes with every passing minute. We know you will enjoy staying in our second home as much as we do.
This 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bath house is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Two bedrooms are located in the house proper. Two bedrooms and a bath are located in the casita. Each room in the casita has its own door to the outside. Perfectly sleeps 8. An air bed can sleep two more. We also can provide a crib and pack and play and high chair.
Because of the Rules of this private, gated Country Club the MINIMUM RENTAL IS FOR ONE MONTH however you may rent for multiple months.

Why the Owner Chose Rancho La Quinta
Steve and I wanted our second home to be in a warm climate that we could enjoy year round. The Palm Springs desert area fit that bill perfectly. We knew we wanted to be located on a private golf course with a swimming pool and spa. It had to be located within 2 hours drive of Los Angeles so we could go there on weekends after a short drive. We also wanted to be near an airport so our son and his family could fly in easily. We found our home and know we chose the perfect location. Many of our guests return year after year.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our dogs love to be walked. This gated community offers quiet private roads that are fun to take a walk on, rollerblade or bike ride. La Quinta is a wonderful city with every amenity within a 2 mile radius of our home. Hot Air ballooning, desert climbs all major department stores including Costco, Trader Joes, Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Depot are very close. It is so easy to run errands. Several casinos which host great entertainers are nearby along with the McCallum Theatre. Wonderful restaurants abound. The Indian Wells Tennis Stadium, Empire Polo grounds which hosts the Coachella Music Fair and National Horse and Dog Shows have great programs. Lots of art shows are nearby with artists who work in different mediums. Museums for art or history are fun to visit as well as the zoo. Our favorite is the Palm Springs Air Museum.

Steve and I just love the warmth of the desert. We saw this Rancho La Quinta Country Club home and fell in love with the view of the swimming pool, golf course and the Santa Rosa Mountains. We now have a comfortable home where our children and grandchildren can get together and spend time playing golf or tennis, swimming and riding bicycles. Steve loves to hop on his golf cart and drive off to the driving range. We hope you will enjoy our second home as much as we do. Photo is Steve with two of his grandkids out for an evening ride. Now that we are semi-retired we have more time to travel and relax.

Renting a home sight unseen was kind of scary for us since we had not done this before. Your home was exactly as you described it and as comfortable as our own home. Everything we needed was there and I loved your kitchen. I never expected to have every appliance I could ever want to use there for us. We loved the view of the mountains and being right on the golf course. My husband felt he was in heaven sitting in the jacuzzi and watching all the golfers play the 8th hole. We wanted to take your maid home with us. The place was always spotless. We are looking forward to spending another month with you next year.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
