Shady Lane is comfortable home for families,couples or friends who want to enjoy the beautiful okanagan summer. Perfectly located close to downtown and the beach, one can enjoy this home with or without a vehicle. However there are two parking spots and enough room for a boat trailer.
The Okanagan Events center is a 5 minute walk so you can enjoy a concert or event. The community center is a 3 minute walk as well.
This home is located in a friendly family oriented community so travelers can feel safe while on vacation.
Shady Lane is equiped with linens, cooking utensils, washer & dryer, beach chairs, barbque outdoor chairs and tables.

Year Purchased: 2006

About the owner: I have been living in the okanagan valley for the last 8 years and I really enjoy the relaxed life style. Penticton is not too small and not too big but just right. The seasons are lovely and we seem to have just about everything an outdoor persons could want. I own and operate a housekeeping business so that keeps me busy. As well as being a single parent to a lovely 2 year old boy. We have a lot of fun here in Penticton. I am so happy to call this area my home.

Why the Owner Chose Penticton:
My family moved to Penticton in 2001 and we purchased 60 acres of land on Green Mountain rd. So I decided to move from Vancouver to help with the development of the property and ended up purchasing my home just before the housing prices were at the peak price. I have not looked back since.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love the location of my home. I have a wonderful yoga studio across the road as well the community center that is getting a major renovation and will be opening up June 2011. My son and I enjoy walks along the beach and of course swimming in the lake. My home has lovely weeping willow tree that provides much needed shade on those hot summer days.
