  The Landlord, Maria, was very friendly and responded to my emails and phone calls in a very timely fashion. The unit is very spacious and in the best condo complex in Destin, Grand Caribbean East. The grounds are kept up and everyone is very friendly. I also believe that this particular unit has the best view available. I will always remember getting up in the morning, opening up the French doors and sitting with my cup of coffee on the deck and watching the dolphins swim across the pristine, emerald gulf. The sunsets were spectacular as well. I will surely stay there again.

  We had a lovely stay at the Grand Caribbean East condo. We arrived late our first night there and everything was ready as we expected. Very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and dependable. Very convenient walk across the street to the beach. Perfect setting for family with young children.

  This condo is absolutely heaven. We couldn't have been more pleased and surprised by how spacious, clean, comfortable, inviting and relaxing it was. And the view! If you aren't beachfront, you couldn't do any better than than this! From the third floor balcony you get a clear view of the water extending to the horizon line. You can set up chairs on the beach, come back and keep an eye on your stuff from the windows. Wake up and enjoy coffee while watching the walkers and cyclists go by and see what's going on out there on the sand. It is an amazing spot and we will definitely return. I have stayed in places on Scenic 98 for the past 15 years, big and small, and this is of the best all around I have been in. I can't wait to return!

  We enjoyed our week at the beach. We loved being so close to the beach. Kids also loved the pool. We had plenty of room in our condo.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, tourists without a car.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was good and easily accessable to beach. We also had a good view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching while relaxing. Younger kids loved the pool area and adults took advantage of the hot tub. I would caution others about leaving shoes outside the doorway to dry, as we had 2 pair taken...I would also let other renters know that sleeper sofa can not be used for adults since the frame was broken. Fortunately we were able to place mattress on the floor for small children. Overall we enjoyed our stay...

  Our family has just returned from a week-long stay at the Grand Carribean East #312. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dish towels, etc. The view from our balcony was beautiful and there was a breeze blowing just about every day. (The pictures you see on this site accurately describes the condo.) Upon arriving at the condo, we were pleasantly surprised that there was a rocker/glider in the 2nd bedroom! Our grandbaby was there and we were so happy that the rocker was there for us!! The condo is conveniently located as well. There are restaurants, a grocery store, and a mall really close by. The owner of the property was very friendly and stayed in touch with us right from the beginning of our reserving the condo. I would stay at this property again!

  We were looking for a condo that was comfortable, clean and close to the beach. We got that and more. Our grandkids loved the pool, and the beach is just across the street (with the pedestrian crossing, it was never a problem to cross with kids). The owner was always available to answer questions before our trip, and actually called us to make sure we had everything we needed after we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to a family with kids.
