Pelican Watch villas are really the only one bedroom Oceanfront choice on Seabrook Island. We were smitten when we entered the second floor villa and saw the view out of the patio glass door. Unbelievable!.... and it only got better when the sun set! There is no place like it for quiet, beauty, and wonderful amenities. Being within a short drive to Historic Charleston is a major plus!

Pelican Watch Villas are an easy walk or bike to the Seabrook Ocean/Pool cabana, gold club house, and resort restaurants. Our unit comes with a prepaid amenity card that allows access to all these facilities and more. Don't get caught short with a unit without an amenity card.

Carol and Ray, the owners, both work in the health care field and enjoy the property themselves when they can. Because we live close by in downtown Charleston we constantly visit the villa to make sure everything is in order for our guests. This personal touch goes beyond what our management company does on a routine basis.
We have owned the property since 2003 and have seen the wonderful new amenities at Seabrook spring to life in the past year. The villa has an excellent location to take advantage of the ocean with good access to the Island House (golf club) and Ocean Cabana/Pool facilities. We often make the 5-7 minute walk and enjoy the deer (including our fried Gerty, the albino deer) which graze along the road.
We love Charleston and Seabrook! We are happy to share them with you.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa. Location was perfect for us...beach walks daily mere steps from our porch, great views from porch, and could ride bikes lots of places. Villa itself was comfortable, clean and maintained...accurately described on VRBO. Would recommend to others. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and all paperwork went smoothly.

My husband and I have been going to Kiawah Island each year for Thanksgiving - this year we decided to vacation on Seabrook Island and found this villa at Pelican Watch to be a wonderful change!! The villa was clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and had such a great view of the ocean! We spent every night on the deck watching the sunset - gorgeous! Also loved the island deer as well as the dolphin that swam close to shore. This is a definite do-over!

This villa was outstanding; the colors and fabric in the living room were lovely and the entire villa was well equipped and comfortable. The configuration of one bedroom and two baths is very convenient and the view from our deck was stunning. The owners were very timely and helpful in their correspondence to us. We will absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Seabrook. It was our first visit but it will not be our last. We are currently making plans for 2012. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and private. We loved the views of the beach. You cannot go wrong with renting this unit.

Just a note to let you know that our stay at your villa at Pelican Watch was awesome. The accommodations were wonderful and we found that the best restaurant table on the island was your balcony overlooking the ocean. Thanks for the use of the Amenity card; we went to the Pelican Nest for a wonderful romantic sunset dinner Thursday Night. The other thing that we fell in love with was how calm the waves are on that side of the island. The barrier island does a great job of slowing the breakers down and we were able to swim anytime from sun up to sun down. I will also say the weather was awesome and we were blessed with 4 spectacular sunsets. Getting to see our cousins in Charleston and eating at Lucca Monday night was also a real treat. Thank you so much for giving us the best beach week we have had in many years!

Our stay at this villa was fantastic! The property was better than described. The villa is stocked with everything that you might need. It was very clean and comfortable. The awning was a great addition. It kept the deck very comfortable. The location was wonderful. We enjoyed the ocean view and the very short walk to the ocean waves! We went to Charleston several times. It is a very easy drive to the city from this peaceful setting. We hope to stay here again.

Have returned home after spending 3 wonderful days (Oct. 26-29) at this beautiful, comfortable and well supplied villa. Could not have asked for better accommodations or better weather. The location of this villa is perfect. Could see the ocean and sunsets from the deck and watch the sun come up from the beach. Spent most of the time walking the beach or just sitting on the beach watching the dolphins - lots of them. It was so nice to have a beach umbrella and chairs for our use. Property is exactly as described and then some. Hated to leave. Will certainly return again should the opportunity arise.

We just stayed for 3 nights in early September and had a great time. Everything was as described, access to the pool, beach, etc. was super easy. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it without reservations to anyone. For those interested, the place is fully stocked... leave your umbrella, beach chairs, etc. at home and come enjoy the beach.
