Entrance by courtyard, with fruit trees, flowers and fountain, to orange house - San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico Rental Condominium Townhouse Guadiana Location Guadiana is considered by many to be the most desirable place to live in San Miguel because of it's safety, level walking surfaces and the proximity to many shops, restaurants and the 'Instituto Allende' for art and language classes. This is a two-story townhouse with a beautifully planted courtyard garden entrance and a central fountain in 'Colonia Guadiana' on Guadiana Street. This bright and airy house is one of seven houses in a gated condo setting. We rent our home while we travel in the early Spring to late Summer. The house is close to the 'Instituto Allende', 1/2 block walk to 'Guadiana Park', St. Paul's Church, U.U. services, and the 'Centro'. The open market in Colonia San Antonio on Sunday is a short walk. The historic center is about a 15 minutes walk. Torah studies are further along. Taxis and buses are cheap and plentiful. All 3 upper roof terraces have beautiful panoramic views. All utilities are included, including internet and TV cable. Two cell phones are provided for your convenience when traveling about town or the rest of Mexico. All linens are here. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and Microwave. All water is treated in the roof tank and filters are at the faucets. Maid serice is provided twice a week. You have nothing to do but enjoy the visit to San Miguel. No children, no pets, no smoking.
