Beautiful Semi-Water Front Home located in Davis Bay in the Sunshine Coast, spectacular view of the Strait of Georgia, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, dinning room, two flatscreen tvs, gas fireplace, close to all amenities: swimming, kayaking, crabbing, hiking etc. Complete kitchen with dishes, Bathroom with towels and bedrooms with beddings. Fully furnished. Minimum required stay is 2 nights, rent rates is $250.00 per night or $1200 per week for 2 people (based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) Additional occupants $25.00/each person per night .

The house is clean and well kept. Had all the things we need to cook there. Spacious rooms, very bright and open living room, has a great oceanview. Locate just off Hwy101, very easy to find, beautiful beach across the road. About 5 minutes drive from Sechelt downtown. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and everyone loved the stay. Owner is very efficent in getting the deposit back to me. Would stay here if we go again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

What a beautiful property - way beyond what we expected. The photos don't do the place justice. I believe it's newly renovated and everything we needed was there. We had a large group and there were 4 rooms, comfy couches and a lot of space. Super close to the pier, which was beautiful. Going out to catch the sunset is a must. A close 5 min drive to downtown Sechelt. Owner was responsive and very accommodating which we appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Coast.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family stayed here for 2 nights in Aug 2012. The house was very well kept and clean, spacious for our large group, 11 people. The location is convenience and within walking distance of the beach in Davis Bay. We can walk from the house to the beach to watch beautiful sunset in Davis Bay. The house is gorgeous with beautiful furnishing and appliances. The sofa was very comfortable,the owner, Anthony is very nice, he is well taking of the guess.We enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the backyard with the patio set and the BBQ. We definitely come back for next summer and highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed at this place for the long weekend, and it is fabulous. It is very close to the pier where we can cast our crab cage. The house is beautiful and spacious with a foosball table! My group definitely has a great time staying at this place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I went up with my husband, three kids, my parents and sister for about a week. The house was well laid out and spacious for the amount of people we had. It was perfect! There were two separate TVs, which was great for the kids to watch their shows and adults to watch their own. There was plenty of room for the kids to run around and you were able to see them from almost every angle of the house, which was a concern for me, considering I have a toddler. There was plenty for the kids to do in the house, including movies, video games, TV, fuseball and air hockey, next to being able to run around outside in the yard. The sleeping arrangements were also very good as everyone had a comfortable sleep in the four bedrooms. At times we would fall asleep on the sofas which were just as amazingly comfortable as the beds! There is plenty of seating for everyone and so much natural light which is always beautiful when you are by the water. The ocean is just outside the door and it was easy to take the kids for a walk to, along and back from the beach without any anxiety, it was just that accessible and close! We were even able to pack a breakfast and eat outside, it was so convenient and just that beautiful. The house was very well kept and clean. It is a gorgeous home with beautiful furnishings and appliances. It was just amazing to be there for our vacation as it is hard to find such a beautiful and affordable place for large family vacations, as ours was. I would definitely recommend this vacation home to those with kids because it is just the most perfect place for them when you are not outside. They are still busy in the home and out of your way to cook, clean or just relax yourself. Very well laid out. The owner was also a pleasure as he was well accommodating and answered any calls/texts as soon as we had questions. Beautiful, just perfect for families!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

My family and I (10 adults and 2 children) stayed here for 2 nights in July. We found the home to be very comfortable and spacious for our large group and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is convenient and within walking distance of the beach/seawall in Davis Bay.
