Why the Owner Chose La Valencia Beach:
Our family of four has been coming to the beach since before the girls could walk (they are now 18 and 21). We've been to many beaches including the Florida Keys, NC Outer Banks, SC Myrtle Beach, GA's Kiawa Island, St. Simon Island, Folly Beach, Hilton Head, and the Pacific beaches of Hawaii and Japan. After all those beaches, we finally settled on a second home here in the Gulf. We love the crystal clear blue waters and white sand. And particularly appealing about LaValencia is the privacy and safety of a gated community, with the convenience of local shopping, dining, etc. just minutes away.

The convenience and variety of activities provides something for everyone in our family - The fishing is awesome! Stan has caught King Mackeral and Spanish Mackeral right off the sand bars and they taste great on the grill! The pool and beach are steps away - the girls can go on their own. Shopping, dining, etc. are all close - allowing everyone in the family to enjoy our time.
