  Please read carefully the following conditions to rental: Unit Keys You will receive the key of above-mentioned Unit the day of arrival. One of our representatives will get in touch with you to coordinate the arrival and this same person will be waiting for you at the property. Please notify by e-mail to info@eskapenow.com your estimated arrival time in the event that you do not hear from your contact person. Cancellation Policy Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at www.eskapenow.com. We operate as a short-term rental company and regardless where you reservation was originated you will be governed by our Terms & Conditions upon acceptance of this booking. Check-in Policy Check-ins occurs any time between 3:00pm and 6:00pm and must be coordinated with your contact person. A Late check-in will be charged for check-ins made after 6pm on business days. During weekends and holidays the same fee will be charged. Only one check-in per party will be arranged. If you missed your check-in time and/or our representative has to come back again we will charge you $50 for every additional trip to the property. Only the main guest registered in the reservation is authorized to check-in unless you authorize someone else to check-in on your behalf and in advance. Please make sure that whomever you authorize to check-in first must have a valid credit card to fill out the security deposit authorization or else they will not be allowed to check-in. Only the number of guests listed in the confirmation are authorized to check-in. Every additional guest will have an extra charge. Check-out Policy Check-out must occur before 11:00am. Late check-outs can be arranged but they must be authorized in advanced. The cost of a late check-out is below on extra charges. Please make sure you arrange it with your contact from the day of the check-in otherwise we cannot guarantee that you will be able to check-out after 11:00am. This rental includes a final cleaning service, however we kindly ask you to leave the unit in tidy conditions otherwise we will be forced to assess additional charges for extra-cleaning in the amount of $150. Upon check out any missing or damaged items will be charged to you accordingly. Non-smoking Units ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING. In the event that you are found smoking in the rental unit, a $ 250.00 charge will apply. Damage Security Deposit We understand some things might go wrong and damages can happen. Please understand that it is our policy to collect a security deposit upon your check-in therefore we must have a valid credit card on file so we can assess any damage and charge them accordingly in the event that this happens. Charges will be assessed and executed within the next 48 hours after your check-out. If you have already taken care of your security deposit thought one of our agents please disregard this point. Important Regulations: To ensure the safety and to comply with the building regulations, no more than the persons allowed to occupy this unit at any given time. If this policy is not adhered to, we will reserve the right to evict all occupants without refund. We reserve the rights to evict any person who indulge in language or conduct so as disturb the peace or comfort all other persons in this residential building. Proper attire is required in the lobby and all commons areas Use of this property address for shipping, mailing or courier service is strictly prohibited.
