Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with POOL in the heart of SOUTH BEACH!!!

Of course there are ice strays in the fridge but it is fine. What the guest called a long rambling message to his request for a later check out due to his plane being delayed was…that we told him that it was not possible because we had another check in the same day and that the cleaning company needs a minimum of time to make the unit ready for the next guest. And so, we could not take the risk of not finishing on time. But he kept on insisting again and again while we told him why it was not possible. Best part of the story is that he did not mention on the top of that was that it was normal for him to check in on time, but for the next guest to wait for a bit more that the official check in time as long as he was able to stay longer to check out later because his plane was delayed. Of course, he blackmailed us saying that if we dont accept his request he would not give us a good review and a lower mark…what he did! Because when he tried to blackmailed us. We told him he was free to do so, because what really matters for us was to respect the check in time of our next guest. Here is the FULL story…but apparently his flight being delayed was our responsability and the responsability of our next guest, like the pool being cold was also our fault, like it was probably our fault if the weather was cooler when he came to Miami…;-)…Only thing true in his comment was the elevator being on maintenance when he was there for a couple of day. Elevator that is working now as usual.
