We have stayed several times in these units. They are all very nice, clean and as listed. Not sure why but the Barbizon fire alarm went off several times during our stay. It was hot and humid but the AC worked great and we were very comfortable in the room. A big thanks to Helena. She is very attentive and quick to respond to any request.

The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the kitchen after being on a cruise for a week. It was nice to make breakfast for ourselves in the room. The property manager was friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean. My only concern was that the ceramic tile was loosened and could cause an injury if someone stumbles and hit it. The entry and hallways could use a little updating. Helena was very accommodating and spot on in responding. The location was perfect!! Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!!

As advertised, shower is a little tricky and the fridge doesn’t get very cold. Still was a great time directly into the restaurants of south beach and across from the beach itself. Great stay!

The owner was a gentleman who accommodated me what I asked them for something the room is beautiful, clean and close to the beach and close to restaurants and couldn’t have a better location. The only thing that I did not like was the doorman, but everything else was perfect.
