We recently stayed in this condo. Everything was great. Exactly like the pictures. Close to the beach yet private. Owner was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo. Great for famlies.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

The condo was great! Lots of room for my family of 6. Steps from beach, pools and golf course. Ron has a beautiful condo and furnished with updated decor. Tram very handy to travel around property. We would love to return sometime this year provided the oil hasn't ruined the beaches :( Ron was excellent with communication and easy to deal with. We will be back!!! Do not recommend Pineapple Willy's or Shuckum's for dining out. Service and food at both places the worst I have ever seen. Best place we ate was Bayou on the Beach (ate there 2x). The resturant next to the big pool at Edgewater has great food and not expensive. Ate there several times!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I have rented this condo in July 2008 and July 2009. The condo is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated, great views and the price is very good for Panama City Beach. The gated condo is great and pools everywhere at this complex. Literally walk out the front door around the condo, to a gate cross the steet and there is the beach. I recommend this condo to all our friends that are going to PCB. If our schedule works out I will rent this condo again this year. My husband did not leave the condo except to go out to eat and shopping. The owners are great to deal with. The rental process is very easy and everything you see is correct on the internet. I highly recommend this condo! Great Condo!!

WE LOVED THIS CONDO!! The condo was right across the street from the beach and was beautiful. The owner was SUPER nice to work with and we have indeed returned to rent from him again. The safety of being in a gated community was very nice. The view from the room was beautiful and the whole trip was an escape from the everyday troubles.

I intend to stay in this particular condo each time I go to Panama City Beach. It's so inviting and comfortable, I feel right at home. You can tell it has recently been updated. Access to the beach is right across the street! It was PERFECT for us! The owner is very accommodating, and makes it so easy to rent! Try it.....YOU WILL BE VERY GLAD YOU DID!!!!
