This gated beachview villa offers a stunning view of the beach/ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The complex offers an 11,000-square-foot, lagoon-style swimming pool plus seven other smaller pools, some heated. Additionally, there are hot tubs, restaurants, bars, a nine-hole golf course, and much more.
Beach access is convenient, only a short walk across a two-lane street or a free tram ride to the lagoon pool and beach. The unit in on the second floor, parking just outside the front door, this is a VERY convenient unit, very close to one of the pools too. Restrants, entertainment, liquor store, Convenience store , shopping and bowling alley just outside the security gate. New Pier just over a block from the condo.

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay here. The rental was so CLEAN when we arrived, and we were thrilled with the location. Literally walk across the street to the beach!!! Pictures do not do it justice. Ron was awesome and very prompt to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

What a great relaxing vacation to finish summer off before getting the kids back in school. This was an excellent experience for us and all our expectations were met. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, including a great view of the ocean and quick access to the beach. All of best restaurants and activities were in the immediate proximity of the condo which was most convenient.The owner was great to work with while planning our vaction. We will highly recommend this condo to friends and family. We recently stayed in this condo. Everything was great. Exactly like the pictures. Close to the beach yet private. Owner was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo. The condo was great! Lots of room for my family of 6. Steps from beach, pools and golf course. Ron has a beautiful condo and furnished with updated decor. Tram very handy to travel around property. We would love to return sometime this year provided the oil hasn't ruined the beaches :( Ron was excellent with communication and easy to deal with. We will be back!!! Do not recommend Pineapple Willy's or Shuckum's for dining out. Service and food at both places the worst I have ever seen. Best place we ate was Bayou on the Beach (ate there 2x). The resturant next to the big pool at Edgewater has great food and not expensive. Ate there several times!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I have rented this condo in July 2008 and July 2009. The condo is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated, great views and the price is very good for Panama City Beach. The gated condo is great and pools everywhere at this complex. Literally walk out the front door around the condo, to a gate cross the steet and there is the beach. I recommend this condo to all our friends that are going to PCB. If our schedule works out I will rent this condo again this year. My husband did not leave the condo except to go out to eat and shopping. The owners are great to deal with. The rental process is very easy and everything you see is correct on the internet. WE LOVED THIS CONDO!! The condo was right across the street from the beach and was beautiful. The owner was SUPER nice to work with and we have indeed returned to rent from him again. I intend to stay in this particular condo each time I go to Panama City Beach. It's so inviting and comfortable, I feel right at home. You can tell it has recently been updated. Access to the beach is right across the street! It was PERFECT for us! The owner is very accommodating, and makes it so easy to rent!
