Derek, We truly enjoyed our stay at your condo last week; the condo was exceptional!! This was our 3rd stay at Pinnacle Port and our most enjoyable one. We loved the views from the balcony and the furnishings of the condo, not to mention the amenities of two swimming pools, tennis courts and fishing off the pier. Thanks for your hospitality and concern in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We will definitely come back again. Thanks again.

This was our 2nd year to stay in this particular unit. We enjoyed it so much the first year, we did not bother looking elsewhere to plan this year's vacation. We already knew we wanted to stay here again. Our family enjoyed another fabulous week of vacation at your place. When we told the kids we were going back to the beach and water this summer, they both asked if we could go to the same house (as they call it) as we did last year, and they're already asking when we can go back. You simply cannot beat the semi-privacy of being at the far end of the resort in a small building and in a gated community. Being quite literally just a few steps away from the beach is also priceless for us. Our daughter (special needs) tolerates the short walk very well and taking both of the kids back and forth for bathroom breaks and such is very convenient. We are so thankful we found your place and hope to make it an annual trip!

We pulled into Pinnacle Port around 8 pm after a long, 10-hour drive from Southern Indiana. The first thing my husband, 14-yr old son and I did was to step out onto the balcony and take in a beautiful sunset over white sands and blue-green water. What a wonderful way to de-stress! We had decided to take a last-minute trip to the Gulf Coast in late July and chose Panama City Beach as our destination because there hadn't been any reports of oil on the beaches. Having never been to the area, we really didn't know where to stay and relied on reviews on sites like TripAdvisor to choose our accomodations. We almost chose one of the high-rise condos in the Panama City Beach area, but on the day before we needed to make a final decision we stumbled onto the VRBO site and saw the great comments about this condo. We were SO GLAD that we chose this listing!!! It is so quiet and peaceful on this stretch of beach. We drove by the condo that we almost rented and were really turned off by the crowds and noise. I thought that our teenaged boy would have rather have stayed “where the action is” but he LOVED it here! There were a lot of fun things to do within a very short drive. We rented jet skis, went parasailing, went to the Ripley's and WonderWorks Museums, and just hung out on our beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. We went to an awesome restaurant in Panama City called Hunt's Oyster Bar. It was small, noisy, and packed with friendly locals. The prices were low and the seafood was the best we had in the area. Capt. Anderson's was also good, but not as fun as Hunt's. Thanks so much Derek, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate your prompt responses to our emails.

We just returned from staying at this unit at Pinnacle Port Community. This is ideal for families, as it is gated, close to the beach, with swimming pools as well. It does not have the crowd that you would find in the center of the Panama City Beach area. Grocery stores are just outside the gate, and many dining choices in a 10 mile radius. We found the condo to be very comfortable with a great view of the gulf. The best thing for us about this location is we flew from Nashville into the new airport and only had a 20 minute drive to the condo, compared to an 8 or 9 hour drive in the past. We actually stayed closer to Panama City Beach this year at Pinnacle Port for this very reason. Our favorite dining location this trip was Salt Water Grille, located on Hutchison Blvd, (aka Middle Beach Road)

We truly enjoyed our spring break week at Pinnacle Port. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony view is magnificent, and a great spot for coffee and breakfast! Our teenage girls enjoyed the indoor/outdoor heated pool with adjacent new renovated snack bar. The beach is awesome and has chair/umbrella service for a nominal fee. Very private, even during spring break week. Rosemary Beach and all of the fine dining assocated with it is only 10 mins away. Pier Park and all it brings is only 10 mins drive the other way. Overall this is a great vacation destination.

We want to let you know what a wonderful time we had last week on our Carillon Beach get-away. Everything was perfect. Your place was clean, very comfortable and attractively decorated. The views from the balcony and the bedroom window were awesome! We contacted Captain Anderson's as you suggested, and went on a fun 6 hr. deep sea fishing trip where we caught 108 lbs. of fish! Even the weather cooperated. Our only problem was that none of us wanted to leave!

We loved our stay at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very nicely decorated and updated. The master bed was very comfortable. We cracked our window at night and let the ocean put us to sleep. The view from the balcony was unparalleled. We had friends in other buildings who agreed ours was the best. You feel like you are on a private beach. We enjoyed the beautiful water. We discovered the inlet down the beach where the lake comes into the ocean. The water there is very cool and refreshing and you could start at the mouth of the inlet and the current would take you for a ride. The water was only a few feet deep so it was fun for all ages. We enjoyed the Shipwreck Water Park in Panama City. We had 39 people in our group (we were there for a baseball tournament) and everyone agreed that it was clean and safe. We ate at Bayou Bill's and Boondocks. Both were good but the wait was very long. We fished off of the dock with the children and that was fun. It is very pretty down by the lake. We didn't have time but it would have been fun to rent kayaks or jet skis. We had a great family vacation!!

The view is most certainly as advertised! You can see across the gulf forever, and we were even lucky enough to see dolphins from the balcony one morning. The beach is lovely, private and not crowded. There is also nothing to obstruct your view of the sunset every evening. Derek, your condo is lovely and nicely furnished, very clean. Our little girl enjoyed the indoor - outdoor pool, and watching folks fish for crabs on the docks of Lake Powell. Pinnacle Port is in a perfect location, out of the way but not too far from the bustle of Panama City. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again next year!
