This waterfront, vacation home comes with all the amenities: two kitchens (upstairs and down), beautiful living room, cable TV, large deck, and a dining room with a water view. Its location at the end of the road ensures a measure of solitude and quiet.
The village of Lake Ann is within walking distance with two grocery stores, post office, church, and pizza parlor. There are many things to do within an easy drive. Summer concerts at Interlochen Arts Academy, eight miles south and east. The Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and National Park are 20 minutes west, Leland (Fish Town) is 25 miles north, and Traverse City is only ten miles east. Great swimming and fishing!
There are two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom and sleeper sofa in fully-furnished, walk-out basement. There is a kitchen downstairs. Several couples could rent and have a reasonable amount of autonomy up and down, as there is a full bath both up and down.

I am a simulation engineer and work out of my home. My wife is a teacher. We have two married children, and one lovely grand-daughter.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Ann
This is home turf. My wife and I grew up in the Traverse Area. We love the north land, and hope to retire up here eventually.

My family & I would like to thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The house had every possible amenity and the location was magical. We were able to enjoy the canoe, paddle boat and row boat on Bryan Lake as well as skiing and tubing on larger Lake Ann. Close enough to get the family reunion experience without too much togetherness. :) We couldn't have asked for a nicer place or a better rental experience.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
