Fantastic Forest Ridge location. Beautiful new, townhouse duplex with central air conditioning. Gorgeous, master bedroom with king-sized bed and jacuzzi tub in private bathroom. Queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a third room with one set of bunk beds and a twin bed to sleep three. Finished walk-out lower level has a fourth bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, a third full bathroom, and a family room with sectional couch and TV. Sliders open to walk out. Two families fit easily! 4 Adults and 6 children fit most comfortably.
Open design kitchen, dining, and living room. Cultured stone gas fireplace in living room and large deck off living room and dining room. Garage and private parking space, plus additional parking spaces in loop. Laundry on second floor.
Recreation center in walking distance with indoor pool/hot tub and sun deck just outside sliding doors with lounge chairs. Tennis courts just outside rec center. Beautiful pond with lots of frogs and tadpoles to catch - bring a net and bucket for hours of fun! Enjoy the beautiful four seasons of the White Mountains with lots of fun recreation close by.

Why the Owner Chose Lincoln
We love the Forest Ridge development and it's beautiful pond, great Rec Center, and wonderful walking paths. Our unit is four years young, and has lots of modern ammenities. We love the Kancamagus Highway locale and all the wonderful activities the area has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love living so close the the Rec center. Our dogs love going for walks around the pond. The stars are incredible at night. Our townhouse is so comfortable and can accomodate lots of people, so our kids can bring their friends, or we can invite another family to join us.
Owner's Map of Lincoln
We are a family of four who love to ski and play. We have lots of animals at home, ten to be exact, including three horses, two dogs, four cats and a guinea pig. Only our dogs come with us to Lincoln on vacation. We enjoy skiing at Loon in the winter. In the summer we like to hike, play in the Pemi's water slides, hike thru caves, go to Whale's Tale waterpark, and find all the wonderful summertime activities the area offers.

We just wrapped up a stay over the Thanksgiving holiday and were very pleased with this rental. Property is as advertised - modern, spacious, clean and conveniently located just off the Kancamangus Highway, close to Loon, White Mountain National Forest, Woodstock and 93. Surrounding community includes Recreation Center (w/ pool and exercise room) and lots of area to take a stroll with our dogs. It had snowed so we weren't sure of the location of adjacent walking trails but noted at least one. It is a short drive to Lincoln Woods (or the numerous other WMNF trailheads) on the Kancamangus for a longer hike. I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a place to stay in the Lincoln/Loon area.

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th of July weekend! The house is so clean, comfortable and roomy. The overall house layout is perfect for families and we so appreciated the extra touches of games, video games and movies. Everything you need for your vacation is already here. The boys loved having the lower level to themselves and took full advantage of the basketball, tennis and pool area. We will definitely be returning to Forest Ridge! Thanks for sharing your home away from home!

The rental was great. Comfy, clean furniture, close to the mountain. My friends and my family stayed here and truly enjoyed it. I love the night tubing at Loon. Plenty of space, never see or hear a neighbor.

This was an absolute wonderful rental. It was clean and in perfect conditon. There was plenty of room with the 3 floors, we hardly knew we had kids! The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you would need for cooking any type of meal and the market was just down the street. The only thing I would recommend to bring would be a griddle or large skillet if necessary. The frying pans are all on the small side and also there are no pot holders or dish towels. The only other thing we wish we had was a broom to sweep up with. The location is great and easy to get to so many of the White Mountain attractions, but it is also off the main road enough so you get that quiet mountain feel. Even though we were surrounded by many other condos, we hardly ever saw anyone and had absolute peace and quiet. I will recommend this rental to everyone I know and definetely rent again!
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed the house! I apologize for the lack of kitchen towels and potholders - they are usually always in the kitchen. I would guess that they were put in the wash by the previous renters and then taken home by the cleaning crew to fold with the rest of the sheets and towels. We now have a broom in the garage (great suggestion) and a small vacuum cleaner for light cleaning. Thanks for the review!
