Beach condominiums do not always have a screen door that slams! This is a first-class condominium located directly on the beach. The unit has been completely redone with contemporary furniture and artwork mingled in with traditional beach flair. It is directly on the beach with a large balcony for enjoying the fabulous sunsets.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your culinary creations or, for those with less effort in mind, it is within walking distance of wonderful restaurants. This unit is on the top floor (third floor penthouse) with elevator access. It has a large heated pool and jacuzzi with plenty of seating in the pool area. There are televisions and VCR/DVD players in both the living room and 2 of the bedrooms.
This unit is located in Sunset Paradise which is a small intimate 17 unit complex located on the north end of Indian Rocks Beach toward Bellair. There are only 6 beachfront units including this one and 9 units that share the elevator.
Availability is limited on this unit in order to minimize wear and tear. Absolutely no smoking or pets!

This was our first VRBO experience and found this condo to be the perfect place for our family holiday vacation. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. The listing description was very accurate, in that we found the unit to be very clean and all amenitiies available and working. The location was awesome...great balcony sunset views, awesome beach and pool setting right out the door and a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance. Couldn't have asked for a better setting to enjoy our holiday vacation. We will definately keep this property at the top of our list for return trips.

We have used VRBO extensively and happily and this find was no exception. This owner is a peach. We love Indian Rocks Beach for its beautiful beaches and lack of commercial clutter. We had even stayed at Sunset Paradise before in another Condo. This quaint condo complex is small, quiet, great location, pool, hot tub, right on a magnificent stretch of beach. This condo made a great experience even greater! Clean, beautifully maintained, well appointed, no one above you, and a view to die for! We loved this place. Great restaurants for dinner and french bakery for breakfast all within walking distance. If you are looking for a Florida vacation this town and this place will keep you coming back for more. We know that work gets in the way of life, but sitting on this beautiful penthouse balcony will make all your worries melt away.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.
