Wake up each morning to enjoy breathtaking views of Puget Sound and Mount Baker in this cozy recently remodeled cabin. Walk one block to a quiet, private beach or sit on the large deck and enjoy a book. This house is located on the north west side of the island so it receives lots of sun light and has beautiful sunsets. The house is on a quiet street, sits on nearly two acres and is surrounded by apple, pear and plum trees. There is a convenience store and gas station within three blocks.
Camano Island is just one hour by car from Seattle (south) or Bellingham (north). Camano is one of only a few Islands in Island County that you can access without taking a ferry. There is an 18 hole golf course within ten minutes and a boat launch within five minutes of the property. Popular activities include strolling on the beach, kayaking and bird watching. Camano Island has several restaurants and is 10 minutes from Stanwood which offers shopping, bowling and movie theatres. Camano Island is sheltered by Whidbey Island on the west side and is known for being in the Olympic rain Shadow with only 17 to 20 inches of rain per year...one of the Northwest's banana belts.
The cabin is fully stocked with DVDs, books, board and video games. One bedroom has bunkbeds, upstairs is a queen size bed and the second bedroom/gameroom has a Futon that becomes a full size bed.

What a beautiful place to stay no matter what time of year. Beautiful views, great price, perfect for family of 4, but plenty of room for a few more. House has everything you need and more. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday here, and even cooked a Turkey dinner. I would strongly recommend for anyone to stay here and I would stay here again anytime. Owners are great, hassle free reservations and stay. Thanks to Mike and his family for having this cabin available for people to come and enjoy :)

This lovely cottage did not dissapoint! It was the the perfect choice for my family. Camano has lots to offer, with Farmer's Markets, restaurants, and lots of fun outdoor activities for the kids. Our seven-year-old loved going "exploring" on the beach and visiting the nearby parks. Phone coverage with ATT was great. The cottage had everything you could think of, warm inviting interior, well stocked kitchen and beautiful view! The sunsets was incredible!! We enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was while sitting on the deck taking in the beautiful view. Highly reccomended.

We stayed here with our 3 children and found it very comfortable. There are 2 bunks in 1 room and a fouton in 2nd room downstairs. The master upstairs had a waterbed, and there were views of the bay and mountains from the windows. It was a quiet, peaceful place to stay, not lavish but had everything you could need for the week. Standwood is a short drive and has ample grocery shopping and restaurants. It was a good location for us to go north to Vancouver and south to Seattle, and fun to just stay there a couple of days too.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was our first vacation rental experience and it couldn't have been any greater! My family LOVED the house and it's accommodations. We are a family of 5, and everyone fit perfectly. Everything you need was provided. Another plus, the owners are awesome :o)

My family and I stayed at this property for five days and we enjoyed our stay. It was a quaint, cozy cabin with all appliance on site and ammenities close by, Would recommend for people who are looking for time to relax for reasonable rates!!

This was really perfect...we even had a pre-wedding bar-b-que here with about 40 people and still had plenty of room. The scenery was really beautiful of Puget Sound, and daily we saw bald Eagles. The beds were really comfortable...everything was perfect...no complaints.
