The Tangerine Dreamhouse is totally non-smoking, beautifully appointed, with tile floors, crown mould, built-ins, wet bar off 3rd floor deck, 2 granite kitchens -- one with island that seats 8, 2 dining areas seating 4 to 6, great room with plasma tv, 7 other tvs, 2 dvds and cable, 4 decks -- one overlooks pool, 2 have ocean view and 1 in backyard.
This house is located in-town, just steps from the beach, between Beach Mile Markers 9 and 10. Just 850 feet from the beach, next to the pool, and less than 2 miles to the ferry, City Marina and Island Moorings. Restaurants and grocery store are within 1 mile.
FROM MAY 23 TO SEPTEMBER 4, 2008 THE WHOLE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE AT $700 per night for 3 or more nights and $775 per night for 2 nights.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 4, 2008 THE WHOLE HOUSE IS AVAILABLE AT THE OFF-SEASON RATE OF $550 per night for 3 or more nights and $625 for 2 nights. OR EACH SEPARATE LEVEL CAN BE RENTED -- IF AVAILABLE, AS FOLLOWS:

UP TO 10 GUESTS ON 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS -- 5B/5B. $475-525 per night

Sand Point Neighborhood Restrictions:
1. There is a No Noise Policy that is strictly enforced after 10 PM. No loud or obnoxious behavior will be tolerated. Please remember that voices and loud noise carry more at night and will disturb other neighbors.
2. Please park only in the driveway or in front of the pool. Vehicles not adhering to this policy are subject to be towed at the owner's expense.
3. Between 10 PM and 8 AM there is no parking allowed on the street.
4. The neighborhood restrictions prohibit campers, motor homes and any type of trailer being parked in the neighborhood at any time.
5. There is no room for boats here. All boats and watercraft can be parked at the Port Aransas Municipal Marina for five days at no charge ($2/day after that). Contact the Harbor Master.
6. The pool is for owners, their guests and renters in residence only. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM and are strictly enforced. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 16. Please shower before entering pool. |
