This fully air conditioned, three bedroom, two bathroom home set in a community area just off the 192 in Kissimmee. You're in very close proximity to Disney World, Universal, Sea World and all other Orlando and Kissimmee area attractions.
All the conveniences you'd expect from a vacation home are supplied to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one - we have lots of personal extras to help make our Villa a "home from home."
We have 15 years experience of the Orlando area and can offer you advice and try to answer any questions on your stay in Florida.
The accessibility of it's location means you're also within a few minutes drive of a 24 hour supermarket and within easy reach of Orlando International, Orlando - Sanford and Tampa airports.

We have ONE standard rate NO PEAK CHARGES.
ONLY $700/week - including ALL taxes.
Pool heating additional $150 per week (recommended during the winter months).
Daily rates available $100/night.
(Stays of four nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of $75).

We stayed in an "executive" villa for 14 2yrs ago and it was not as well equiped as your villa was, at that villa we would have struggled to sit down 8, yours would have accommodated all 14 to eat at once. We will be looking to rent your villa again.
