This fully air conditioned, three bedroom, two bathroom home is just off the 192 in Kissimmee. You're in very close proximity to Disney World, Universal, Sea World and all other Orlando and Kissimmee area attractions.
All the conveniences you'd expect from a vacation home are supplied to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one - we have lots of personal extras to help make our Villa a "home from home."

The venue is so ideal and close for all the attractions yet it's still private and away from the crowds! We love our neighbourhood community and make time to participate in local events when we can. Having WalMart within a few minutes drive is also means it's not miles to get provisions. The location is so convenient for all the major airports in the area (Orlando International, Sanford & Tampa) - which means our guests have more choices on flight options.

Our home is located within a residential community so you are not stuck within a Rental Only area (where you may be the only family in the street). We have so many comments on how brilliant the location is and how easy it is to get to all the attractions. The villa suited us all very well. It was very close to all shopping malls and theme parks perfect location. All information provided was clear and the little maps were very useful. Would recommend this villa to others and will be bearing it in mind for any future visits to Florida.

We have stayed at the villa a couple of times and found that it is very well kept and maintained. It is situated in what we found to be a safe and quiet area. The location of the property is very easy to find and it is close to amenities. We will be using this villa again in the near future as we find it to be a very comfortable place like home from home. The kids love going to the villa as they love the pool. It is clean and just the right size. I have recommended this villa to all who have told me they are going to Florida for a holiday.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday and the villa was great! The location is perfect for Disney Parks (15mins), Universal/Seaworld (20mins), close to Wal-Mart and easy access to loads of restaurants. We will definitely recommend your villa our friends and family
