  We loved our December stay at this beautiful home. It was exactly what we needed and more. It was very clean, well stocked, and well organized. We loved the close proximity to everything and at the same time the feel of being far away from everything. Our evenings were cozy, quiet, and peaceful and our mornings were bright and sunny in this comfortable home. We loved having the garage and the downtown parking. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure and a breeze! One phone call made it all possible! Would LOVE to stay there again! Thank you very much for a wonderful get away.

  We stayed here during the 2012 Albuquerque Balloon Festival and had a wonderful week. We were able to travel to Albuquerque in 45 mins, for a day trip. Great location, we also enjoyed a day trip to Bradbury Science Museum in Los Alamos. There is so much to do in Santa Fe, great museums and an unbelievable amount of art, we especially enjoyed the Folk Art Museum. The house is nicely furnished and quiet. Great location for accessing bike trails, as well.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  This is the second time that I have rented this casita in Santa Fe and both times, I've had a great experience. The first time was last fall for a mother-daughter trip, and last weekend, my husband and I went. The location is nice - close enough to downtown but far enough away that it's quiet. The back patio is wonderful for relaxing, and the place has all the amenities. It's well-maintained and very clean. Having the downtown (free!) parking is a GREAT perk! It's a great value too - having a whole condo for less than I would pay for a hotel downtown is definitely nice. I would definitely recommend this place and will use it again if I make my way again to Santa Fe.

  This property was absolutely wonderful! We were a bit nervous about staying somewhere that we were not familiar with but as soon as we arrived we knew that the home was everything we were told it would be. The owners of the property are equally as wonderful they answered our questions, and even helped accommodate as special need we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is considering a stay on Santa Fe!

  The "Chill" in Santa Fe condo was perfect for us. We were in Santa Fe to visit family, brought our two young boys with us. Very relaxing setting and amenities are all there, clean, convenient to grocery and major roads. The decor is lovely, comfortable and "Santa Fe Style." Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

  We had a very nice stay at this vacation home. The house is only 10 minutes away from the heart of downtown Santa Fe, within a short walking distance to a supermarket and restaurants. The house offered us all the amenity we needed during our stay and was pleasantly clean. Frank, the owner of the house called us to check in and showed us that he cared about us. The best of all was the rate. According to our search, it was the least in Santa Fe for similar location and bedroom count. You won't find a better deal than this cozy vacation rental home!   This townhome was perfect--close to grocery store and main roads but on a nice quiet street. Loved being able to do laundry. I'll never stay in a hotel again if I can get a deal like this. Thanks for not pimping me on the cost during a holiday stay (unlike other listings). Would 100% recommend this place to others.
