  What a great vacation! We absolutely had a marvelous time at your beach house. The pool is a great size ....not like most homes that just have dipping pools. The set-up of this house is great for multiple families to stay, lots of room for everyone to be together or get away from each other too. Love the shower set-up downstairs that allowed us to keep the kids from tracking wet suits and sand through the house! The location is a perfect distance to the beach access and the wagon was a lifesaver for the guys to take everything easily to the beach. Thanks Barb for all the great information about the area and for making our week in Santa Rosa an amazing vacation! I would recommend your house to anyone.

  Thank you so much for letting us rent your lovely home last week. We had one of the best weeks we have ever had together. I was wondering if we could go ahead and rent Summer Breeze for the same week next year? I don't have a 2011 May calendar but it would be the week before Mem. Day.

  Barb, I wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay at Summer Breeze. I can tell how much care you put into your properties, and it was perfect for our family!   Brian, Just wanted to say thanks for renting us the house in Florida. We all had a great time and really enjoyed the area. This was our first family vacation that included all our kids, spouses and grandchildren. They don’t think I will be able to top this if I plan another one for next year. I have attached a couple of pictures of my grandchildren showing you just what a good time they had. Thanks again,

  Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home for our 3rd annual girls weekend trip! We had such a blast, from card games to pool time, from swimming in the ocean to laying on the beach in sweatshirts, from laughing and bonding to watching movies. Truly a fantastic weekend!   The beach house was wonderful. Great neighborhood, close to the beach and most important, the kids had a blast! We also played lots of board games, (ours and yours). Wonderful weather, thanks again, hope to return! The Landry's
