"Our three-week vacation at the Villa was perfect! We arrived to an immaculately clean home, attractively furnished and decorated. Everything was provided (linens, dishes, utensils, etc) to make our stay comfortable. The owner and the property manager addressed any concerns promptly. The swimming pool and hot tub were divine!! The 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa was perfect when family members visited. The bikes made touring the Rotunda fun! The location is great with access to Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Boca Grande, and Port Charlotte just a short drive away. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this home as a vacation destination."Guest: Jim and Sharon Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: May 2, 2014View listing
"We just returned from our vacation on AMI. It was our first time on the island and we absolutely fell in love!! The house was gorgeous and worked well for our family! We traveled with our two babies and both of our parents. The house was the perfect size for our group!! Each of us had our own space, but we enjoyed coming together at night to play cards at the large dining table. The location of the house is ideal. We could walk to the many resturants and shops on Pine Ave. We walked to either the gulf or bay side beaches in the morning and spent our afternoons relaxing by the pool. You can tell that some of the outdoor furniture had been replaced, which was nice. It would have been nice to have some folding beach chairs, but we made our towels work. It was so nice to have use of the wagon to haul all our stuff to and from the beach. The house is very well equipped. We would love to rent this place again in the future!"Guest: Sunshine Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 26, 2014View listing

"A beautiful home in a gated community. The home is open and feels very private in this bustling neighborhood. So many different beaches and activities are so close by. We had a day of jet skiing, a day at Naples Zoo, Busch Gardens ( a 2 1/2 hour drive), a visit to Tin City with a local boat tour where we saw dolphins jumping along side the boat in Naples Bay, Easter sunset on Loudermilk Beach was awe inspiring. Additionally, the owners have bicycles and there are several trails nearby as well as bicycle friendly roads. There are private tennis courts and the house has a great little pool that the kids pretty much lived in all week. Everything we needed to function was already in the house. Thank you so much for offering your beautiful home to rent. My family is refreshed, would definitely recommend this property."Guest: Melissa P. Cape Coral, Florida is not only the largest city in the southwestern portion of this popular vacation state. It offers over 400 miles of waterways that the local population and those staying in Cape Coral vacation homes are able to navigate and explore.
Stay in Cape Coral Vacation Homes for Laid-back Retreats
Cape Coral condos are ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway from the normal hustle and bustle of your traditional tourist hot-spot. Since the local community is largely made up of retirees and transplanted young families, Cape Coral resorts will place you in the middle of a beachfront oasis without the atmosphere of a rowdy college party nearby.
Day Trips from Cape Coral Condos
The city of Cape Coral is connected to Fort Myers, another popular local destination, by two bridges. A simple drive or even cab ride will place you in the middle of a different town full of local merchants and beachfronts, offering a relaxing day near Cape Coral vacation homes.
Many Cape Coral condos will also be located near merchants who rent kayaks, rollerblades and even fishing equipment for family adventures. Consider the activities your family will most likely enjoy before booking your rooms at Cape Coral resorts.
Cape Coral Resorts Offer a Taste of Local Flair
Staying in Cape Coral vacation homes gives you easy access to local businesses, restaurants, shopping and even annual festivals and parades. Grab a local paper after arriving at your Florida condos in Cape Coral, and see which local events your family might enjoy taking part in.
Research local tours, historical sights and even museums and galleries to find the attractions you’ll place on your must-see list. Also, consider that Cape Coral resorts have plenty to offer the romantic couple searching for a quick weekend getaway to reconnect away from the family too.
