"Absolutely perfect! A beautiful spot on Pine Point with a short walk down to the beach. I was so impressed at how CLEAN the house was when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes, glasses and such to accommodate a large group. You can walk to the Clambake, Bayley's Lobster Pound and Rising Tide from the house. It sits back from East Grand and is guarded by trees on the road side. Also there is a deli RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET that has great sandwiches, beer and wine and and is open until 9:00 p.m. Loved having coffee in the morning on the sun porch looking out at the ocean. Truly perfect."

"The Ocean House is right on the water with great views. It is on an a very quite road with a lot nature in the area. The kids loved the open space around the house and going to the tide pools at low tide. We enjoyed the fire place each night and the fire pit by the water. The wrap around porch was great. The location was convenient to a lot of places to see in that area of Maine, 20 to 30 minutes to a lot of sights. Thank you Doug!"

"This is our 7th year bringing my Mom (now 94) up to Maine to reunion with many in our family. The area is close to our relatives but would be worth traveling to anyway. This is the 3rd time we have rented Camp Card Cove and it gets better each time. We chose 2 weeks in Sept. to avoid the summer crowds. The weather was unseasonably cool but beautiful, and we caught the beginning of the color change. There is a downstairs bedroom with step in shower that is perfect for mom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms plus a seperate apartment with 2 twins,a bunk bed and bathroom that is quite private that my nieces family stayed in. We found the next door neighbor is a Lobstaman and they delivered 40 pounds of Lobsta and some crabs right to our dock via skiff at a good price. We feasted for 3 days. Our hosts are wonderful people and offered us the use of kayaks and a canoe, which really made the visit all that more enjoyable. The huge lawn facing the cove is ideal for soccer and other family games. We are only about 15 minutes from good shopping in Cooks Corners ( Super Walmart, etc.) so it is easy living there. This place is hard to beat. We'll be back again for sure"

"My husband and I stayed for a week at the Sheacliff, with our dachshund in july 2015. It's a very modern, clean, airy, enlightened and well equipped studio over the garage. It's very private (nobody downstairs). You have a lovely patio, just for yourself. The grounds are huge and immaculate, with all kind of flowers. You can sit, relax, read and appreciate the view of Lowell's Cove. You will sleep like babies in a comfortable bed with the ocean breeze. So restful... If you want a lot of activities nearby, you will not find what you want. You go there to escape from it all. Even though, there is great restaurants nearby and you are at 20 to 40 minutes drive to shop ( Brunswick, Freeport, Portland). Our hosts are dog lovers and they made us feel like friends with full respect of our privacy. We would like to keep this place for ourselves..."
