About this property

Beautiful 4 bed villa 3 min walk from beach

Lovely family owned villa only 3 minutes walk from La Nartelle beach (150m) and all it's restaurants and bars.
This 4 bedroom villa boasts 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and 4 single beds.

The main bedroom is downstairs with en-suite.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds in each.
There is a toilet plus a separate bathroom with bath and shower

The private swimming pool measures 8x4m and is deep enough to dive or jump in both ends being 5' in the shallow and 6'5" in the deep. There are steps in one corner in the shallow end for easy access and ladders at the deep end.

Downstairs there is an open plan lounge and dining room and an adjoining kitchen with all necessary appliances and double doors which open into the outdoor alcove. There is also a toilet

The landscaped pool area has a generous terracotta tiled area.

Wifi is included.

In the Summer there is a shop which is a 3-4 min walk for fresh baguettes and Sainte Maxime centre is a 4-5 minute drive.

Ideale rustige locatie met groot zwembad voor familie met kinderen ,op wandelafstand van de zee. Alles wat men nodig heeft is aanwezig. Enig minpuntje is dat winkels en centrum niet op loopafstand zijn, dus meerdere fietsen zou de max zijn.

Lovely family villa in great location

The villa is a lovely family home in a great location 2 minutes walk to the local beaches. The bedrooms are air conditioned and the pool is a good size. We had a great holiday here and would definitely come back to this villa again.

We have owned our lovely villa since 2002. It has been our regular holiday home ever since and both our daughters have learned to swim, walk and cycle in the South of France!

Why they chose this property

This villa is perfect for families who want to go to the beach and it's restaurants but not have to worry about parking. At the end of the day walk 3 or 4 minutes to return to your own holiday home to relax without the traffic.
The location is also excellent with easy access to the coast road for both directions to Frejus and St Tropez and back towards the A8 motorway.
