Tout nouveau et moderne appartement de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains situé à quelques pas du lieu de naissance de Picasso, la célèbre Plaza de la Merced.



La première chambre dispose d'un grand lit double avec salle de bain attenante et douche à l'italienne.



La deuxième chambre dispose d'un grand lit double.



La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits simples.



Toutes les chambres ont beaucoup d'espace de rangement.



Au bout du couloir, vous trouverez une grande salle de bain avec deux lavabos et une douche sur baignoire.



La cuisine indépendante est équipée d'appareils haut de gamme, notamment un lave-linge, un sèche-linge, un four et des micro-ondes.



Une grande table de salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes donne sur un grand salon confortable avec des baies vitrées donnant sur la rue, une télévision haute définition et des chaînes de télévision internationales.

Great location. Beautiful and clean apartment furnished to a high standard. Some noise from nearby restaurants to be expected with a stay in the historic centre but this was manageable and did not impact our stay.

Wonderful place!

The apartment was very nice! We had five people and were quite comfortable. The location is incredible! While the neighborhood is often loud at night, the windows help shut out the noise, and some earplugs or a sound machine can also help. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was clean and well equipped. Great location to enjoy the fabulous city of Malaga. Partygoers late night noise was evident but not an issue. The team at Solage were welcoming and helpful, particularly Jose who settled us in.

Another great stay in Malaga!

Solaga is an excellent company to deal with. It is our automatic choice for the whole family. The staff are very welcoming and always ready to help and advise. Just returned after spending a week in Merced III. Our daughter is staying there in November and we are back again in December. Home from home.

Overall we loved it and would book again.

Damien met us at the property to hand over the keys and explained the facilities. He was also helpful in suggesting places of interest and places to eat. The location really suited us - we were very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There were 6 of us and the apartment was specious enough and the beds were really comfortable. There was a lift available if required.

The apartment is very central, located in a beautiful part of the old town. Despite having lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The Picasso Museum is 2 minutes walk, the main square and Cathedral about 5 minutes. The apartment is renovated to a high standard. It is very clean and nicely furnished.

We loved this apartment

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants. For the most part the new windows and doors keep the noise out but for thise who are sensitive, a white noise machine would be a good bet.
