Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.



The first bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.



The second bedroom features a large double bed.



The third bedroom features two single beds.



All the bedrooms have plenty of closet space.



At the end of the corridor you will find a large bathroom with double sinks and a shower over tub.

A beautiful super clean apartment with central a/c. Kitchen was complete with everything you need to prepare a meal. It has a washing machine but not a washer/dryer combo as someone mentioned. Clothes took a couple of days to dry. Great location although a bit noisy at night. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Unfortunately upon arrival, there was construction in front of apartments. Initially we couldn’t find it. When we did find it, it didn’t allow us to enter where we were dropped off. We had to walk around the block with luggage to get into apartment. :( It has a small elevator which was great. All in all great stay!! Thank you!!

Great location. Beautiful and clean apartment furnished to a high standard. Some noise from nearby restaurants to be expected with a stay in the historic centre but this was manageable and did not impact our stay.

The property was nice. In the Old Town. Some nights noisy with people partying at local night clubs. Great location to walk everywhere in the city.

Wonderful place!

The apartment was very nice! We had five people and were quite comfortable. The location is incredible! While the neighborhood is often loud at night, the windows help shut out the noise, and some earplugs or a sound machine can also help. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit, noisy location

Nice building and unit. Living room furniture needs replacement though. Easy to get to all the sights. Our biggest issue was late night noise from all night street parties that start when the restaurants close and don't stop till between 4 and 5am except Sunday and Monday nights. We needed to wear ear plugs to sleep and some nights that wasn't enough. This was not the fault of the property owners but spoiled our stay regardless.

The location was perfect for us and the property was very clean. The apartment layout was fantastic and the kitchen was so big by Spain standards! We used the washer/dryer combo often and the provided cloth drying rack. It made trips to the beach easy. We missed a travel connection and arrived late. The agent was great about rescheduling with us. Note: late check in fee did apply. Bring noise canceling headphones if you are a light sleeper and enjoy an early bedtime because Spain Historic City Center can be loud at night (this would be true for any apt in the city’s center). The apartment’s button power room darkening shades were an awesome feature and kept the apt cooler and allowed us to take siestas. The elevator was large, quick and easy to use. Again, the location was superb and provided wonderful access to hidden gems along the smaller alleys and streets!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants.
