Cozy and cozy chalet in the heart of Montemar (the residential neighborhood of Torremolinos). Near the beach of La Carihuela and with all the necessary amenities to spend an excellent vacation.
Forget about the discomfort of other bathers, you will have a pool for you and your family or friends. No opening or closing times: you can take a dip when you want it. Nothing is more relaxing than a bath in the light of the moon, before going to bed! Or a plunge at dawn!
The house is practical, well organized, you will find everything you need for your vacation.
It has an area of 250

-Garden with pool
-Two terraces (one of them covered) with tables, chairs and sofas
- Living room with fireplace, sofas and two dining tables.

- Three bedrooms with 135 cm bed.
-Two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a very large shower.
-Garage for a car.

Fantastic stay

We had a great stay in this amazing villa - the pictures do not do it justice. There was lots of room and everything provided to ensure a really comfortable stay. Raquel was really responsive to messages before the stay and really accommodating allowing us to drop our cases off before check-in due to early flights and the same on our departure. Her parents were so welcoming and kind when we arrived - would really recommend this property

Fantastic place for a family!

The house and pool are even better than you can tell from the pictures. Very friendly property manager (and her mom!). Wonderful terrace for the evenings, lovely pool for the hot summer days! It's in a quiet neighborhood, which suited us just fine! We did have a rental car for our stay, and we highly recommend that if you want to get out and about a bit. A short 7 minute walk down to the beach, and roughly 20 minutes down to the marina. Do note that there are some stairs to walk up to the house, so if stairs are problematic, this might not be ideal. We loved the attention to detail by the hosts, such as having enough trash-bags available, having soap etc for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. If I try to find a fault, I can suggest that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard and actually a bit noisy. Other than that, a perfect stay. And I would not be surprised if we come back a second time next year ;)

Perfect location for a family sun holiday

I stayed here in October with my partner and 2 young children and the location was perfect! Approx 7 minute walk to the beachfront with a multitude of shops and restaurants. About 10 minute walk to a large Carrefour for food shopping. The property itself was very spacious and had everything we could want! The bedrooms all had air conditioning and were very clean. Raquel and her mum were very helpful and answered any questions we had. We would definitely visit again

Excellent break, really easy to walk from train direct from Malaga airport, 10mins to a big Carrefour supermarket and 10mins to beach, lots of bars and tavernas. Great week away
